Art & Ace came out and installed a tankless water heater to replace my leaking tank water heater. It was on year 9 of a 10 yr warranty. I appreciated that Art came out to check what was happening and discussed options. I asked for an Energy Star certified tankless water heater for taxes. Art checked their supplier for the specs and found one that I then approved as it's on the Energy Star list. I also add I asked them to add a utility sink as I didn't have one before. Art shopped for one for me and installed it, too. Happy to have one now and it's convenient for the flushing of the tankless water heater.
As my home is older, my regulator needed to be replaced, too. They replaced it and put in an easy water turn off handle! They measured before and after to ensure it was doing its job and showed me. I liked and appreciated how I was informed and then shown the repairs. Both Art and Ace were very friendly, knowledgeable, and hard workers! They cleaned up after themselves by sweeping and removing old parts - love it!
I chose Castillo Plumbing after looking around and read the reviews here. I found my go to plumbers!!! These guys are honest, friendly, and straightforward. I priced what my repair replacement cost might be and my repair was in the range. My brother checked everything out - he's a DIY guy and said the work was stellar! I feel very happy with the work done and this company!
