I called at 11am and had Robert at the house at 3:30pm. Our water heater pilot wouldn't stay lit. Robert took his time diagnosing, assessing the options, determining the age and warranty status of the unit (we bought the house a couple years ago, so we didn't know that info). Unfortunately we need a new water heater. He was upfront about our options and costs. No pressure at all.
He then spent an hour attempting to provide a temporary fix so my family would have hot water until we got the new unit.
I am extremely happy with the service and they will be my go-to company for all my plumbing needs in the future!

Robert Castello was recommended to me. What a gem. I needed to replace my garbage disposal and he charged me the price I saw quoted at Lowe's. He didn't add any extras like tax. Who does this.

Also, he assisted me with another issue in the master bath, one I tried and stressed over for months, but he fixed in 5 minutes.

Needless to say, he is very friendly and professional. I just wish he was certified in carpentry and roofing too! That would be repair utopia.

The master bath shower on the second floor was leaking into the garage. Robert did a great job diagnosing the problem and providing advice. He was professional and cleaned up well at the end of the job. Also, scheduling an appointment was very fast and easy.

Great guy easy to schedule. Had him out for a clogged drain but because the type of pipes I have he suggested that he check water pressure and found pressure valve had failed and needed replacement. Fair price.

Robert came quickly to fix a leaky pipe under our house. He was respectful, efficient, and a good value. He also fixed the work of another plumber who had installed a water circulator incorrectly. And he did that additional service free of charge since it was the right thing to do. We will continue to use his services as we have other plumbing needs come up. Castello Plumbing is top notch! Very professional and excellent customer service. I called four plumbers but Robert is the only one that physically came out and bid the job and said they always have to look at the job to quote. My clients water heater was a VERY old system and needed complete upgrading so I wanted someone to see it in person to give a real quote. Being a realtor I rarely come across a contractor I would recommend but I HIGHLY recommend Castello Plumbing and will be referring them to everyone I know.
