The work they actually performed was good. But they had to remove some insulation from my basement ceiling to fix a leak and couldn't replace it right away because it was wet. When I asked them to replace the insulation at a later date, they said they would have to charge me for another visit. Also, I had them replace my kitchen faucet and asked them to replace the spray aerator that I had on the old faucet. They said they couldn't replace it because it didn't fit, but I was able to put it back on and it fit just fine. I think Brad, the person they sent to my house, needs a little more experience, and the company needs to learn a little more about customer satisfaction if they want to keep clients.

Scott did a great job installing our water heater. We asked for a specific heater and he researched it and gave me options to choose from for the job. He installed the tank professionally and did a great job. He checked for leaks and made sure all was good to go before he left. His price was on par with a competitor, but glad we went with Castaway. Thanks for helping us save money on our electric bill.
