Sink installation. Danny and Edgar were very responsive attentive and did an excellent job reinstalling a sink that had fallen down in our kitchen. They were knowledgeable and worked together as a team. When I had called the office the day before she was very attentive asked me to send pictures and very responsive. It was a very good price. We had a plumbing emergency on Christmas Day and we weren't sure anyone would even be open or available to come on Christmas. We went to Yelp and starting calling plumbers but they were all charging hefty premium fees for the holidays. We found Castaneda's plumbing and they were able to come right away. Their pricing was also incredibly reasonable, especially for the holidays. We felt they were honest and communicated everything well. They really came to the rescue. We needed more work done the next day and they came exactly when they said they would. We are very grateful for their help! We definitely recommend them and will go with them again for future plumbing projects.

This review is long overdue from around the summer time.
I find Castaneda's Plumbing to be responsive and affordable to other plumbers in the area.

They are quick to visit and provide a consult and help address issues.

My second service with them wasn't as great as my first. The plumber came and directly fixed my sink issue without telling me first what was wrong and how much it was going to cost. By the time he finished, he just straight up quoted me. Ideally, I would've had the chance to understand the damage before I was charged.

That said, I do appreciate their swift service.

Scheduled Service Date (10OCT24): My wife called on 09OCT24 and received a quote for hydrojetting the main sewer line. I also got a separate yelp estimate from the same business describing the job details (treeroots in main sewer line, within 100 ft of the street, access point in front yard, etc) and was quoted the same price. Technician came out and said the job was double the initial quote. We couldn't settle on the final price and ended the transaction. I later received a call from the owner (Jose) and he apologized for the price discrepancy. He pointed to miscommunication between the office and technician for the error. Jose held himself and his team accountable for the error and offered to make this right by personally coming and hydrojetting my sewer line at significantly less than the initial quote. Jose was meticulous in his work and made sure that every last root was removed from sewer line. He was transparent and debriefed me on the progress every step of the way. We will consider Jose and Castaneda Plumbing once again when our sewer line inevitably needs replacement!
