These guys are great. I called other plumbing companies and they charged for running an air test, each plumber charged more and more for the test. Castañedas came out assessed the situation and ran a test no charge. They were super informative, gave me options, and worked with the HOA no problem. They were very nice, quick and efficient. Technicians Edgar M. and Chema G. come to my property to unclog a slowly draining bathtub and a backed up washer drain. Edgar correctly diagnosed the problem and took steps to get my water draining again. I needed a plumber on a Saturday and called Castaneda's because they were listed as 1/2 mile away from my house. I called and left a message and as I hung up they called me back. They said they could be there that day between 1:30-2:30 window. Ok, I could go pick up lunch and get back before then. While I was out picking up lunch to bring home, they called me (20 min. before the 1 hr window started) but I thought it was another plumber that I had left a message for (both plumbers had the same first name !) so I said, ""Sorry, I already hired someone else !"" I got back to the house before my 1 hr window and ate lunch and waited and waited and waited until 4:30. I texted them and asked what was going on ?? They said they called me and I said I hired someone else !! Oh geez ! Miscommunication galore !!! So, they said they could come the next day between 8:00 - 9:00 am. (Sunday) I was ready before 8:00 and waited, again, until 10:00 am and texted again. They said they would be there shortly (10:30). They were nice but couldn't really do all the work I was needing done, kind of acting like they didn't WANT to at the time. So, I'm not sure I'll go with them again. Too many miscommunications for me.

Of course it's Sunday when you have a plumbing disaster, right? Called Jose and he sent someone within 30mins. They snaked the drain in a jiffy and charged a fair price! Call these guys first you won't be disappointed.
