I arranged an appointment with this company 4 days ago through Angie's List. They were supposed to come today at 3 pm. I left a meeting early to be at home for the appointment. I got a confirmation text each of the last 3 days.
On my way home I noticed a voice mail from this company. I called them and the person in the office said, ""You never confirmed with us, so I can't get anyone there today, but I can get a crew there tomorrow.""
I told her I had gotten 3 confirmations in 3 days, and it seemed everything was fine. She then said, ""You should know that Angie's List cannot confirm appointments, you have to call us.""
I told her I would find someone else to do the work.

Do not work with this company! Very unprofessional. I am shocked that Angie's List uses them.

I would give them zero stars.

My insurance, Home Serve, picked Cassidy's Plumbing to handle a water leak in our front yard. Nate arrived on time, started digging and found a broken water pipe quickly and efficiently. He had to dig almost three feet of mud to find the crack fixed it and put all the soil back in place. So thankful for the fast service

I was assigned Cassidy Plumbing by HomeServe, first appointment that was scheduled, they never called or showed up, set up another appointment, they came, couldn't find the leak, said someone else would have to come with proper equipment, ""but the problem should be resolved by the end of the week"" that was on Tuesday, waited the rest of the week, no call came, called them first thing the following Monday, they set up an appointment, and once again, they didn't show up, this was around Christmas, was my only day off that week, and they wasted my time yet again. My advice, don't let them waste your time, and good luck getting through on the phone, voicemail was always full.....probably everyone calling to find out why they never showed up.

Cassidy's Plumbing Was very responsive and eager to get our home back online with water, they reworked their schedule so that from talking to us on the phone to water heater installed and running in 2.5 hrs. The price was competitive and the workmanship was excellent! Would definitely recommend! We plan on using them again very soon to remodel our bathroom.

I waited an entire week for an appointment from these people. 1/2 before the appointment I received a call stating that people didn't have heat and my appointment would have to be rescheduled for later in the week. When I explained, that people do have jobs, I suggested tomorrow. Lupi stated they were all booked up for that day. A true professional would have made room at my convenience to look at my job. sometime during the day opr cancel out someone like I was cancelled. VERY Poor customer service. Quite frankly, it's not my problem that they do not have enough staff to cover emergencies and quotes. I am a high ranking Vet and implore all my Vet friends and everyone else to stay as far away from Cassidy as you can !!!

Woke up to a broken water heater this morning. We were lucky enough to get #1 on the list this morning. Found this company on angies's list (also was able to use my angie's list coupon). Very happy with service, speed, costs, and customer service. Everything was done within an hour. (Although he stated its normally a longer time frame - but our water heater is in the garage) Tommy Cooper was the head guy on my job and represents the company well. Very friendly and explains clearly what is going to happen. Will definitely recommend this company to friends!

Would give them zero stars if possible.
Hired them twice before and they were cheap but every time they left, my sinks would start leaking again after a few days. Last time we hired them (because they were affordable and did a good job on our neighbor's house...so we kept holding out hope...) we called them to find and fix a bathroom leak.

First day they showed up at 8pm and said it was too late in the day to fix the leak. **the leak leaking and making a big puddle in our bathroom floor** They left and LEFT the water leaking.

Second day they didn't show up. We called them and they told us they weren't supposed to come back till the following day. News to us! So leak continued leaking for THREE days while we waited.

They showed up third day and decided nothing in our bathroom was leaking despite big puddle in the center of the floor. We urged them to figure it out so they decided maybe the leak was coming from our refrigerator... some how flowing under the wall and ending up in the bathroom. Made no sense to us. But they pulled our refrigerator away from the wall, realized the water was not coming from there, left fridge pulled away from wall and went back to the bathroom. Figured the leak might be coming from the sink but by then it was so late in the afternoon they couldn't stay to fix it.
They left, we went to push the fridge back into place and found they'd RIPPED OUR BRAND NEW FLOOR.

We called, left message that they'd damaged our floor. No return call. Next day they showed back up. We pointed out the damage to the floor. They denied doing it. Blamed us. They called their boss who told them not to fix or touch anything, to leave immediately. He said he'd be there later in the day to look at damage to floor. They left, water was STILL LEAKING IN OUR FLOOR.

Boss never showed up or called to look at damage. We called A-1 American the next day. They showed up within hours and fixed problem. No leaks in our house now at all.

Been a month and we've never heard from Cassidy's. They don't answer the phone now when we call. Floor is still ripped.

Cassidy's sucks. They do NOT care if they damage your home and they obviously don't care about what kind of work they do once hired. DO NOT HIRE CASSIDY'S!!!!!!!

They replaced my water heater. Very competitive pricing, friendly technician's. very customer oriented and sells quality products. Actually convinced me to replace existing water heater (lasted 16 yrs) with a name brand that had a better warranty and was actually cheaper.. Installation was under 45 minutes and they explained everything they were doing and why. Cleaned up after done. I finally found a plumber I can trust and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a honest professional.
