They refuse to come downtown. I attempted to schedule them to come downtown for a repair and they refused. As soon as I said ""downtown"" they said: ""We don't come downtown.""

Not only that Cassada Plumbing didn't fix our simple issue their plumber Dwayne caused, they created damage that we had to pay $450 to fix (we used Blue Planet Plumbing and they did a great job). When I asked Dwayne to come to see the damage and fix it he sent me an invoice and said that he will put a lien on my house if I don't pay his $180 invoice. Stay away from this business.
