I've used St Peter Cass Plumbing Several times 1] replace pipes under kitchen sink. They were over 40 years old. 2] Emergency situation to replace 62 year old Montgomery Ward water heater. [came out right away & job completed same day. 3] Replaced a 40 year old toilet w/ dual flush. Needless to say I've been very satisfied with the quality of their work and their workers, [Anthony, Maurice, Cleveland & Jeff] are all professional. They explained things, answer my questions & even give me helpful tips. This is the company to call if ya have a plumbing problem.

Nicole as of September 1st my water bill was $161 just like I said. Cass plumbing over charged me $151. I feel I was taken advantage of by your nonprofessinal technicians just so I would have to pay for another service call. What ever happen to friendly courteous professionals? Not take take take.

I had a member of the Cass team (Rich) come out to look at my water softener after another company told me it was shot (despite the fact is was barely 6 months old). Rich was personable, professional and discussed maintenance tips with me while he tested the softener. We have some plumbing related projects coming up soon, and I will definitely be calling Cass (and asking specifically for Rich is he's available).
