They were on time even come little earlier. There was too much mess with my electric system in the apartment. Those guys worked very clean and changed all wire system. From pictures you can see old situation. They are kind of new but did their job very professionally. I will refer them to some friends. My son accidentally got ahold of one of my metal necklaces and dangled it near the power outlet causing sparks and a short-circuit which led to multiple rooms without power. I contacted Murad about the issue, and he came out the next day and fixed the problem on the spot. I had previously booked handymen in the past and it was a bit of a nightmare. Some tried to take a project and make up things to make it work, quote a price that was much different later, or make an appointment and wouldn't show, or even call.
I put a bid out and Caspi responded. Murade came to the house early. I had four can lights in the kitchen with electrical issues and a dimmer light switch out. Long story short, Murade not only got lights working but switched them out for LEDs. And switch out the dimmer switch that actually works better now. These guys were fast, efficient, professional, and the price was reasonable. I will be using them again in the future for sure.

With the recent winds and wet weather, we had a water leak coming from the ceiling. Contacted a few different handyman to see if they would be able to help identify and resolve the issue.

CASPI Handyman (Murad) returned my call the same day, set up an appointment for the following day to further investigate, along with providing an accurate quote. Murad was very polite upon his arrival, followed all COVID precautions, was not afraid to go up in the attic and spend the time needed to find the root cause of the leak with pictures.

With more wet weather expected this week, Murad and his team were able to adjust their work schedule to ensure they would be able to make the necessary repairs needed ahead of time.

Overall, nothing but great things to say as this was a seamless process from beginning to end in less than a week. They focused on getting the work done timely, provided receipts for all supplies purchased, before and after pictures of the work they completed, along with cleaning up after themselves.

Definitely recommend CASPI Handyman for any issues you may have and I am looking forward to using them again for a few other projects around the house.

Easy bidding process on a fascia repair job; Murad was up front about the work involved as well as the cost. Crew showed up at scheduled time and went to work. They spent most of day removing, replacing, painting etc., and even got the new paint to match the old very well. They cleaned up nicely too. We would definitely hire them for future repairs around the house.
