Casper plumbing was excellent!! Came by during the extreme cold snap when everyone had frozen pipes. Provided great advice and was available to talk and trouble shoot issues a number of times. When things are this bad, you are lucky to get a call back but we got outstanding service and assistance with our issues. Highly recommend!!!

I first called Casper a few years ago to fix my kitchen faucet and they were prompt, neat and efficient. Next up I had them replace my hot water heater and once again excellent service. This year I've had them look into a leaky pipe, and replace a fixture and add a water filter to my shower. Each time they are prompt, neat, efficient and just so pleasant to deal with. I cannot recommend them enough.

Our toilet flooded on a Tuesday morning and sent gallons of water all over our floor. It was an old, bad (jiggle the handle to stop it from running) toilet and we needed a new one and we had put it off for years--but this was the last straw. Contacted Casper on Yelp, I told them the toilet size, that I wanted to snake/check for downline blockages and replace the toilet and they came on a Thursday and took care of the whole thing in about 45 minutes. Reasonable price, quick and friendly service. Just great all around.
