Finding a trustworthy plumber or other types of service workers are always tough. I recently submitted a request for a quote and Casper Plumbing was one of the plumbers that the request ended up receiving the request.

Issue: My bathroom sink stopped draining one day. I removed and cleaned out the p-trap below and checked out the drainage pipe in the wall noting no blockage. Even after using a manual plumbing snake and reattaching all pipes, the water was still not draining.

Since I had snaked the pipes and saw no visible blockage, I was convinced that having the plumber come snake the pipe was not going to solve the problem. I spoke with Pat from Casper and he reassured me that if that had not solved the problem, he would not be charging me. Pat showed up during the COVID-19 time and had a face mask on. He was respectful and got right to work. Using an electric snake, he went into the pipes about 30 feet and reattached all the pipes. Sure enough, that solved the problem. The work came out to $250 and was comparable to all other plumbers that I spoke with. Having this experience, I would definitely recommend and keep Pat on the list for future plumbing work.

I was renovating my basement for a workout space but hada gas dryer, sink and washing machibne in the middle of the basement. I needed everything moved to a wall out of the way. Pat came by followed the lines attached to the sink and appliances and demonstrated how he would move everything to the wall. He suggested venting the dryer outside and replacing the sink. a day later he gave me the quote and we made an appointment for the work. Pat and his worker (sorry I forgot his name but he was good), showed arrived on time and went right to work.
They moved the water lines, the gas line and the exhaust vent. They also put in a new sink and configured that to the drain and the washing machine. The work was done meticulously and very professionally. Patrick is a very good plumber and it was easy to communicate to him. I highly recommend him for any project and would certainly use him the next time I need help.

My guest bathtub starting leaking after not using it for awhile and I needed a plumber to come look at it. Other were quoting me crazy prices just to come out due to what's going on, not Pat! He told me he would be over the next morning.

Not only did he come over right on time, but fixed the problem in 45 minutes. Bathtub is working great and there are no more leaks!

Highly recommend Pat Casper, especially if you are looking for an honest guy that does great work!

Outstanding service! Pat is a stellar plumber and business owner. He quickly responded to our online request and offered help over the phone before we had even agreed to use his services. He and his assistant were professional and cordial as they successfully installed a new water heater and snaked our basement pipes. He double and triple-checked his work and made sure everything was fully functionally before leaving. He even stopped by and dropped off drain cleaner, free of charge.

All of his work took place during the initial stages of the COVID-19 quarantine and we appreciate his generosity and hard work during this disruptive period. We highly recommend Pat and his company for any homeowner's plumbing needs.

Just like most homeowners, when you need I plumber it's almost always at short notice and wIth a sense of urgency. This week we noticed that one of our heating pipes in the basement looked compromised and wasn't going to last much longer in its current condition. We called Casper Plumbing as a new customer and got our problem fixed that same day. Pat was extremely polite, professional and very reasonably priced. We will use him in the future for all of our plumbing needs whether they are planned or of and emergent nature.
