They neglected to put trap in out shower that they installed. I discovered it a year later since the bathroom in question was a guest bathroom. When I called them to describe the problem and ask for help they told me I would have to pay for them to come out and check. Close to $300 later with another problem I took care of an issue that should not have been there to begin with.
