I had Casper out to install a tankless water heater. I could barely get them to give me an itemized quote before they arrived. After installation, it took 2 weeks and badgering phone calls/texts to get them to send me a proper invoice I could submit to Mass Saves for my rebate. They did a good job, installed as promised, and did as I asked. However I won't work with them again because of how big of a headache it is just to get a proper quote, nevermind an invoice.

They came to my house, looked at everything, seemed like they wanted the work. I asked every day for two weeks for the quote and never received it. Seems to be a disconnect between the guys and the office. They seem like good guys, just don't know why they couldn't put a and b together.

So quick. I honestly, NEVER leave a review but I felt I had to. It's Labor Day weekend and my pretty much brand new hot water heater malfunctioned on Friday evening. So not hot water. Sent a message through Yelp. Got a response in less than 10min. And an appt the next morning. And it's fixed! And also super professional, pleasant, and nice. This was a great experience.

I had a washer/dryer delivery coming the next day (to replace my broken washer/dryer), and discovered that the water shut off valve for my washer was broken and would need to be fixed before my washer could be switched out. I called/emailed every plumber I could find to fix it, with no one able to come until at least a week out, and resigned myself to having to postpone my washer/dryer delivery (which would be a huge pain as I had a backlog of laundry!). Thankfully another plumber recommended Casper and they responded to me within an hour confirming they could come the next morning, which meant I could keep my washer/dryer delivery as scheduled. Not only that, but Pat ended up coming back later that same day when I discovered my hot water heater was leaking (even though it turned out to be a completely unrelated/coincidental issue), and he helped me figure out how to manage the leaking until he could come back to replace it just a couple of days later. He was also super responsive to my questions over text, and went the extra mile to help me get my new washer/dryer set up when I ran into unforeseen issues. Compared to other quotes I got, prices were extremely reasonable as well. I'll definitely go back to Pat for future plumbing issues, and highly recommend!

Called Casper Plumbing for a clogged shower drain and was a little nervous living in Marina Bay condominium that it could be a major issue. First they returned my call WHILE THEY WERE ON VACATION! That says a lot!
He showed up during the timeframe given, snaked the drain, was extremely neat and professional and I could not be happier! And on top of that charged less than quote because it was not a difficult job ... when does that ever happen! I am impressed!

I will be using them for all my plumbing needs!!
