This is an awesome team and genuinely friendly people to interact with. They gave me an estimate up front and were fair with their price. They showed up on time, did what they had to do and left the place in good condition. Communication leading up to the job was great and they were able to answer all my questions. Our 11-yr-old gas boiler (MODEL IN4PVNI-M2) stopped responding to the thermistate a few times this winter. The gas boiler stopped working again on Saturday midnight the the room temperatue dropped to 51F. I left a message to Casper Plumbing & heating via yelp at 4:48AM and within two hours I got response from Pat (owner). He offered a resonable rate for inspecting the heatign system. He also offered a resonable rate for maintenance (flush out) if necessary. Our gas boiler startedf working again on Sunday so I ask the owner to stop by on Monday if our gas boiler failed again. On Monday morning it did fail again so at 10:40AM I asked if the crew would come by. Pat and his crew stopped by within one hour and helped diagnose and fix the issue within half hour. Pat and his crew are honest, professional, and work efficiently. I highly recommend Casper Plumbing & Heating and I appreciate their help, expertise, and patience. Thank you so much, Pat!

I would like to update my negative review on a more positive note! I texted back and forth with the owners wife and she apologized for the things that were done wrong. I won't name the things! Let me clarify it, it wasn't the job that was done wrong, it was what they didn't do that should've been done. I just appreciate her understanding and apologizing for the workers and husband behavior. That's all I wanted....when someone has a business, the key thing to remember is the customer is always right, that's it. Learn to apologize to the customer because that's what will make your company great. You will have more and more customers because your regular customers will refer your company to there friends. I meant to also say the plumbers did an excellent job on changing out some of the parts on the gas pipe. Thank you for hooking up my stove as a freebie.

My sump pump failed today and I was emptying out water by the buckets. Casper Plumbing promptly responded and were able to come the same day to replace the whole unit. Forever grateful and am excited to sleep through the night knowing that nothing will flood!

Pat and his team were the most responsive of all plumbers that I called. We felt that our toilets were clogging very easily so Pat and his colleague came and increased the water flow on all of our toilets. Any other plumbing issues I have I will definitely be reaching out to Casper!

I had Casper out to install a tankless water heater. I could barely get them to give me an itemized quote before they arrived. After installation, it took 2 weeks and badgering phone calls/texts to get them to send me a proper invoice I could submit to Mass Saves for my rebate. They did a good job, installed as promised, and did as I asked. However I won't work with them again because of how big of a headache it is just to get a proper quote, nevermind an invoice.
