George S.Disappointed. Showed up the next day evaluate my system and found the pro lem. Had to call twice in a two wk period before he returned my call. Replaced the motor but bent the fan blade. Called to have him come out and look and listen to the noise. 7 days later nothing.

Robin A.My mini split A/C started having a problem--air coming out but it wasn't cool! Of course, this happened in the middle of a heatwave right before the Fourth of July. Texted Matt and he responded in about 5 minutes. He gave me some suggestions to try on my own (nothing hard--just turning the breaker on and off and looking at the compressor to make sure it was functioning). I tried what he suggested, and it didn't work. He made arrangements to come out first thing the next day and fix it. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. He's honest, totally trustworthy, friendly and reliable. My A/C is working perfectly now. Look no further--this is the one and only place for A/C work if you want great work and even better service. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Dave G.My mothers air conditioner stopped working on a warm Sunday so i placed a call to Caspers Friendly HVAC which was answered on a Sunday night!! Matt the owner stated he could check it Monday and arrived on schedule. After checking the system which was over 25 years old advised it had to be replaced. Two days later a new system was installed. The installation was completed as promised and the residence was let clean. Thank you again and I will be glad to recommend to others.
