Casillas plumbing installed a water softener and a shower for us. We had to call and ask Adrian to come out again because the shower did not have hot water. The water softener was not properly installed, flushed, or even turned on! I have left several messages for Adrian and he has not called back. Avoid at all cost.

Adrian removed and re-attached my water heater due to water damage nearby. He also charged me an additional $150 to fix a rattling pipe and said he would return to work on it some more since he was having trouble fixing it. It has been over two months now and he doesn't respond to texts or calls. I understand if he doesn't want to fix it, but please send a check back for the work that is not finished. Poor business ethics!

Adrian does great work at a fair price. Just had a couple of copper leaks in the last two months so I wish I didn't have to see him this much but he makes it as good as it can be. I highly recommend.
