I called them out to hook up and glue some drainpipes under my house on 1/20/2022. I am getting spray foam insulation, so I asked the plumbers to check all my pipes and make sure everything is good before I get the spray foam. They were here 1.5 hrs. Today, 1/25/2022, I hear water pouring from under my house. I look and the drainpipe for the washing machine is not hooked up or glued. So.... I paid to have all my pipes checked and glued, and they were not. I called to see if they could come out and correct the mistake and they refused. Now I have to call another plumber to come do what Casey Jones Plumbing failed to do and refused to correct. I would not trust this company to check any plumbing issues you have, and I would not trust them to do a good job.

Plumber arrived on time, actually early, performed the repair to our shower in a timely and professional manner. They cleaned up all drywall dust and trash. All done at a reasonable price.
I will use them again and suggest that others give them an opportunity.

Consider yesterday, 12 / 30 / 2020. I found my hot water heater leaking around 9 a.m. called Casey Jones... new heater was installed and the old one gone by 12:30!

I had never used Casey Jones Plumbing before but decided to call them after failing to have my clogged sewer line fixed by other plumbers. They arrived by 8:30 AM, had my drain cleaned out by 10, and left no mess. The plumbers who came were professional and courteous. I will use them again.

We had a clogged bathroom sink. They arrived and tried to unclog it, then removed the P trap and said it was full of wax. When they tried to clear it, it broke. They left to get the materials needed to replace it. They returned and replaced the parts. They were in the house left than 1 hour, but charged us for 2 + parts.
I don't know if that is reasonable or not, but $275 seemed a bit much to me.
They also left a huge mess. They used our handtowels and washrags, which were wet piled in the back of the cabinet and the handtowel was in the trashcan.
In summary, the issue is resolved but we will call another company should we have any further plumbing issues.

I had a small leak in a gas valve. The crew was prompt and courteous. They fixed the valve at some trouble, saving the mess of tearing out the wall to change it. Reasonable price. Very satisfied with the outcome.
