Maybe once this person was good but ssomething turned this once A+ BBB plumbing services into a certifiable dishonest scamming person. He lied about his trouble with the BBB and contractors license board, which was in good standing when I hired him, and left unfinished work even after multiple messages where he stated he would finish. Even his helper was untrustworthy as he never returned call of pleading for photos of work to send to my insurance company.
I'm not even sure the job was done right. What should have been a simple faucet and garbage disposal install is instead a leaking mess. There is a hole in my founda6where the clean out was replaced that has never been finished even after repeated messages that it would be.

Kevin Casey seems to be very knowledgable about plumbing and appears to be experienced in plumbing work. However, his skills in other jobs seem to be lacking. He quoted a bathroom remodel and stated it would include the price of the vanity cabinet/sink as well as 2 new toilets. We decided to purchase our own in order to get the features we wanted. Kevin refused to remove the cost and later stated the items were not included in the quote. Ok, fine. We'll eat the cost. During the shower install, he insisted on using items that we already had on hand even though they were not adequate for the job. We asked repeatedly for him to purchase the correct items but he insisted on making the free items work. He installed a floor. He did not put down any carpet strip or other flooring transition. There is now an ugly, messy gap between the two floors. He did not have any regular hours and you never knew when he would show up or not. He did have a decent price for the remodel. But, we would have paid more for a finished and quality job. Also, did not get a permit which was required. Do not recommend
