Used them to install 2 of these one piece dual flush eco friendly toilets in high rise condo. And take the old. Also a new kitchen faucet. Very heavy commodes for one man to do so I asked for two (positioning over screw holes and seal). They charge hourly per man including drive time but was much cheaper than those companies that use rate books and charge """"by the job"""". I know. I had quotes from two of them The guys were clean, friendly and cleaned up any mess which was very little. They were friendly and worked well together and tag teamed on the faucet while Jeff was finishing adjusting the toilets water level etc., Mutt was removing the faucet. Great time savers! One hand smudge I found later on a newly painted wall in guest bath. Not a problem since I had to touch up space behind the taller old toilet tank anyway!

Case Plumbing has been purchased by Joe Cool home services. They responded to my urgent request quickly. Josh was the technician sent to my home. He was great. He was polite, clean, professional and fixed the broken toilet supply valve quickly and carefully. I found their prices to be very fair. I would definitely call them again and request Josh.

Even if you know what work needs to be done this company wants to charge you $75 to diagnose and give you an estimate. That's not just greedy, its also unhelpful for homeowners who are trying to find their next plumber.

I have had to use Case Plumbing a three times in 3 years, but each time, they take care of the problem. They (Miguel) replaced the piping on our hot water heater, they have unplugged our kitchen sinks twice now. They even came out and tried to fix a problem that turned out to be a subcontractor of Tampa City's fault. I can email them on a weekend for service so Monday morning the owner Mark calls to set up an appointment. I've been lucky, Miquel has been the one to come out. He is polite, knowledgeable, cleans up after himself and always go the extra mile. My husband and I appreciate this company. Prices are average and reasonable.

On 10/18/17 they sent a young plumber to clear the two drains my house has under the kitchen sink (one for each side}. One he cleared, the other he was unable to clear. He left quite a mess, as he didn't lay down any plastic. On 1/02/18 the one he cleared plugged again so this time I called Alvarez Plumbing; the well-experienced plumber was able to clear both drains, plus he laid down plastic, plus he used a shop vac. I really wish I'd have called Alvarez the first time.

I am giving one star because someone answered on a Sunday when we called with water leak issue under bathroom sink. Appointment was set for Wednesday morning, which we could live with because we managed to get the water shut off. When no one called or showed up Wednesday morning, my husband called and was told they had had some emergencies come up and would not be able to come. They offered appointment for the following Monday. When we said no to that, they said they could try to come Wednesday afternoon - if they had time - or could come Thursday morning. Thursday morning could not work for our work schedules, and we were not able to wait around the rest of Wednesday in case they could show up. We hung up and called another plumber.

They came out and gave a quote, did the job, and then proceeded to send a bill for 2.5 times the agreed amount, even though the job took less than an hour and there were no problems. They are so disorganized that it took months to get even them on the phone and figure out what happened, and then they made so many conflicting excuses that I still don't know how they justify themselves. They seem to have tried to charge $100 just to give the quote, which took ten minutes, (and then did not include this amount in the quote!), and they also rounded up on their time like you can't believe. It's hard to believe a business could operate being this disorganized. I spoke to 4-5 people over the last months who always promised to do something and then never called again. They often don't answer their phones during business hours (or else hang up on you when you're on hold). They actually stood me up the original day of the job; they just forgot and didn't show. I had to wait another week. Besides that, the plumber was really unprofessional. He left a huge mess, and he spent at least half the job not working but complaining about everyone who had ever screwed him over in his life. I think their problems are a mix of incompetence (I heard they recently switched ownership and they admit they've had various technical problems for months) and actual dishonesty, which is the real crime, by significantly rounding up their hours, adding hidden fees, and then refusing to take responsibility. Just keep in mind, don't trust their quotes. They feel free to bill whatever they want. I think it's unethical and, frankly, thievery.
