They showed up and did a reasonable job. They charged me for an apprentice at $55/hr. Not what I was expecting but they made it seem like it was matter of fact. That was in addition to the plumber charge of $95/hr. Overall more than I anticipated to get a couple small jobs done. I will look elsewhere in the future

I had a general contractor remodel my house in Bonners Ferry. He hired Case Plumbing. My contractor had to finish up some of the work for free that they had contracted to perform. When I moved in, a basement mud sink was left unattached to the wall in the worst place jammed up to a door. They sent out Lucas to move & attach it then tried to stick me with another bill. I have paid less in San Francisco recently for better work & customer service.

We had a plumbing ""emergency"" at our home when the cold water handle would not shut off the cold water on a Sunday morning. I pushed the button on the shower head to stop the water from flowing, and called several plumbers Monday morning. No one was available Sunday.

I called Case Plumbing Monday morning and Tyler Case told me that he was booked for the day but would try to fit me in to his schedule. He was as good as his word! He showed up in the early afternoon, was able to fix the problem, and even though he had to crawl under the house to find the water shut-off valve was so pleasant. My shower handles are now working and we are scheduled to get Case Plumbing back to work on getting a shut-off valve inside the house!

Have a plumbing problem? Case Plumbing is the company to call. They put this lady's mind to rest, for sure!!! With a very reasonable cost!

Thanks to Tyler for sending out Lucas who did an amazing job who had to work hours to fix our clogged sink(Yuck). The cost of $100 an hour is always hard to stomach but we felt he fixed the problem so we won't have to them call back, or another plumber on this problem again. Lucas was very respectful of our home, and we enjoyed his company as he worked hard to solve the issue. Tyler kept us informed on when he would arrive and called while he was working to get an update. I appreciate their hard work and would trust Case Plumbing if we have another problem.

Had a pipe burst at our restaurant this winter and Tyler showed up in the middle of the night on a Sunday just to keep us going. Without his help we could have lost everything . Being a small business owner he totally understood how hard we work for our customers and was there to lend a friendly hand in our time in need without charging an arm and leg. He even recommended a great cleaning service that sent girls to help clean the next day
