We contacted Case Closed after a failed attempt at getting a new hot water heater through another channel. Carl came in, was very clear about exactly what needed to be done, and quoted us a cheaper price. He was very prompt in returning calls or calling us when he promised. He did the job in just a couple hour, so he was in, annd out quickly as well as taking the old heater with him along with the box. Can't say enough good things about Carl or hi company!

I was really hoping to write a nice review but unfortunately I had a less than positive experience with Carl. At first he was polite and professional but soon after the job was performed he was rude and disrespectful when I had an issue within a few months. I was hoping he would make things right. At first he agreed to making things right but then he never did. I followed up with him many times but he kept dodging me. Carl responded eventually saying that this wasn't his problem and that he also never did work for me. He installed my hot water tank. Apparently once he is paid he's not worried about customer service. Shame on him and this company!

Carl Case was very professional and fixed a few problems that the last owner had done which was not up to code. He was fast and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone. First thing he did was put a towel down to wipe his boots, as it had snowed the night before and did everything himself. I will be using Case Closed Plumbing for all future jobs!

What a horrible experience. After ordering the hot water heater from Home Depot, I was told a different company was coming. Case Closed showed up - Carl - who truly didn't look like he knew what he was doing.

The washer was in front of the old hot water heater, and he wanted to charge me $160 to move it. When I ordered the hot water tank on the phone with the dispatch company said $1,597 - which included ""everything"".

Carl spent more time in his van pretending to call a ""boss"" than he did in my home. Then he came in and said ""how about $80 to move the washer?"" and gave me some b*llshit about liability and flooding. I told him I didn't have the extra money, and he left with his tail between his legs with the lie that a manager would call back (no one ever called back).

Case Closed is the perfect name for this company because your case will be closed when they leave you in the lurch.

Dishonest companies should be closed, and this guy needs to find a new profession. I've already reported this rip-off artist to the dispatch company (DRF), and am planning to file a complaint with the city and The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory affairs ( LARA), Bureau of Construction Codes (BCC).

If you need a plumber, steer clear of Case Closed. Go to Maheu Mechanical - who came the next day and had no problem installing my new hot water tank.

This company sucks. Case Closed.
