No idea if prices are in line with other plumbing companies in the area, but Casco was easy and professional to deal with. Jared went above and beyond trying to identify a leak. He was clear in his explanations, completed the job as promised, and left the area tidy. Would not hesitate to use Casco again.

We had Jeremy out to finish the rough in plumbing for our basement bathroom. After we pass inspection and get drywall up he will come back and place the fixtures. This is all included in 1 price. I'm doing our plumbing research I obtained several quotes. Casco was not the most expensive and not the cheapest but I felt most comfortable with Jeremy and the fact that I knew what the end price would be. Jeremy answered any Questions I had while he was working, cleaned up, and was very professional. I look forward to getting the fixtures set and would recommend Casco to anyone! They drive ambulances which is awesome too!

Jason was competent. Diagnosed the problem quickly and had the needed part installed the next day in spite of having to work very late. Our water heater is working fine now.

Had issue with running toilet that changed into a full on replacement of the toilet due to the flooring being damaged. Casey was very knowledgeable and answered all questions and gave me a couple of quotes, depending on whether I wanted to replace flooring, prior to installation (Which I was not prepared to do), or have phlange lowered to the concrete slab to mount the toilet properly there. Figured I'd go the latter route which required jack-hammering down a bit. Accepted the quote given which seemed okay considering how involved the project sounded like it would be.

Whole job ended up taking about 2 1/2 hours, which included the installation of the toilet I had purchased (Model I bought recommended by Casey). Job cost $900 and I had a bit of ""Buyer's remorse"" seeing as that seemed pricey for such a short amount of time spent, and called and bickered a bit, BUT after further review.... the job was done as I requested for the price quoted and Casey was very professional and answered every single question I threw at him. Also went above and beyond in cleaning up wax that had spilled all over from a damn wax plug-in air freshener that was left in the bathroom, and he spent time scraping up rug tape that had fused to the floor (Didn't ask him to, he just did it...)... The original quote had this task stretching over two days and Casey was able to perform the task in such a way that he was out in less than a day... So I guess I have little to complain about when I look at it like that. My apologies.

Bottom line is that you might pay a bit more, but you get the service you pay for and a little piece of mind that the job is being done right, and CASCO backs their work with a good warranty. Would say its like taking your car to the dealer instead of paying less for a random mechanic...

Casco Plumbing has served all my plumbing needs for the last 3 years. They have been amazing. Very efficient, knowledgeable and extremely polite and helpful. Today they sent Matt to our house to check our sump pump and he was extremely helpful. He did extra work without a charge. I will never use any other company for my plumbing needs. If you need any job big or small this company should be on your speed dial. They are honest, knowledgeable and very competent.

I would give them zero stars. They charged three times as much as other plumbers in our area. Did not fix any of problems. Came back next day and ask more money for the problem they did not fix. It is a greedy company. Plumber made the case for charging exorbitant amount for issue that my other plumber fixed without charging any money. Really bad experience!!

If zero stars were an option, I'd gladly pick it. Casey, the owner of this company, charges about 3 times that of other plumbing companies in the area. He came to our house shortly before Christmas when the kitchen sink clogged and found ""another issue"" in order for his services of replacing 1' of pipe and running through a grease clog to cost $800. 3 months later the same problem recurred, and this time he sent one of his employees out to ""unclog"" the same grease spot that they didn't fix the first time. Now we've had to call 5 weeks later (just over his 30-day warranty) and he won't even consider making good on his services and coming to replace the portion of pipe that clearly has the issue and should have been taken care of on his 2nd visit here. He and his employees are also well trained at searching for any other mild, or even made up, problems you may have with your plumbing in order to be able to charge as much as possible. This company puts a bad taste in my mouth about plumbers in general, and it's a shame when one dishonest and greedy business owner can do that to an entire industry.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!

We had a faucet to a whirlpool tub that no longer completely shut off the water -- hence a slow leak into the tub. Casey of CASCO Plumbing arrived in one of his soon-to-be-famous plumbing ambulances and carefully examined the system. The big fear was that he would have to open up the ceramic-tile panel, which would have been a huge mess. As it turned out, all that was required was a new cartridge, but one that was not common or readily available. Casey took the cartridge with him and promised to do some research and return when he could find a replacement part. In time, he was able to locate the cartridge and called to make an appointment to complete the work. Best of all -- he was forward thinking and replaced the cartridge to both the hot and cold water taps to ensure we wouldn't have to call him again.

During his first visit, we also inquired about some other work -- replacing a rusted drain in a tub and a quick repair to a toilet. Casey quickly made both repairs during his second visit.

Future work? We have never had very strong water pressure in the house. It's been sufficient for indoor use, but is next to worthless for our outdoor sprinkler system. We'll have the sprinkler system turned on for the first time in four or five years and then we'll have CASCO out again to identify and correct the problem.
