We had an emergency on a Sunday, and they were very willing to squeeze us into a full schedule. The plumbers were very professional, polite, and knew what they were doing. We will definitely use them again, and recommend them highly.

No water on a Friday afternoon. I suspected the pump after checking the system. Called around and Casco was recommended. They got a plumber here quick to do a diagnosis and yes it was the pump. He scheduled a crew for first thing sat morning they showed up on time and this well cap was corroded, had improper connections and was constructed so as it is nearly impossible to get the cap off. Not to mention a 5.5"" casing was used. They dug in and got creative removed cap and due to location the pump had to be pulled by hand. He stated he had been pulling pumps for 30 years and had never seen anything like this. Long story short the pump is in and we have water they did the job as clean and respectful to the property as possible (pulling a pump is a dirty job) if I need a plumber in the future I will use Casco. Great experience from the phone call to the completion signature.

Really impressed at first. They have incorporated technologies to mage processes but execution of these are lacking, ie wrong tech name provides in text . Tech/plumber did not explain or provide beak down of charges. Took too long with the install (2.5 hours) for maybe an 1 hour job. I provided feedback prior to submitting this review giving them a chance to address and correct the issue. I Mercer heard back. Their charges/rate is high but the quality is not.

Jeremy is their best plumber!

Called and set up an appointment with a specific plumber and specific equipment. The lady scheduling the appointment gave me a 5 hour window, noon to 5 PM, but said the plumber I asked for would probably be closer to 1 PM. At 2:01 PM I received an e-mail telling me the plumber had been dispatched and I could track him via their software, which put him in Marshall and said he'd be 46 minutes to arrive. I called Casco again at 3:35 asking where the plumber was. The man who answered the call seem to be bothered I was calling and brushed me off telling me to check the software on my PC because the time was obvious wrong. I rechecked the software which said the plumber still in Marshall. The plumber I asked for arrived at 5:06 in the afternoon, without the specific equipment I'd asked for. He had to go to another location, thank God it was local to get the equipment. Jeremy diagnosed the problem and did his usual good job. I highly recommend him to anyone. The ""office staff"" at Casco is very unprofessional and I will highly recommend that anyone asking about Casco go elsewhere because of it. They have become my 2nd or last choice.

No idea if prices are in line with other plumbing companies in the area, but Casco was easy and professional to deal with. Jared went above and beyond trying to identify a leak. He was clear in his explanations, completed the job as promised, and left the area tidy. Would not hesitate to use Casco again.

We had Jeremy out to finish the rough in plumbing for our basement bathroom. After we pass inspection and get drywall up he will come back and place the fixtures. This is all included in 1 price. I'm doing our plumbing research I obtained several quotes. Casco was not the most expensive and not the cheapest but I felt most comfortable with Jeremy and the fact that I knew what the end price would be. Jeremy answered any Questions I had while he was working, cleaned up, and was very professional. I look forward to getting the fixtures set and would recommend Casco to anyone! They drive ambulances which is awesome too!

Jason was competent. Diagnosed the problem quickly and had the needed part installed the next day in spite of having to work very late. Our water heater is working fine now.
