Casco was the third plumber I called to fix my leaking shower drain. Other had cancelled my appointment that morning after I waited an hour for the technician. Second one told me I needed to replace my fiberglass shower and provided a written estimate of $6,885.50! Shawn Carter from Casco came out the next day! Wearing shoe coverings, which I REALLY appreciate, he took the drain apart through the access panel in the ceiling below, cleaned all the existing components, added plumber's putty, and screwed it all back together. NO leaks since. Just plumber's putty! Because of my age and disability, I could not have done this myself. From now on I'm calling Casco!

Cost for service is not fair. $800 for 1 hour labor - No Parts. 2 services requested hot water heater flush ($302.66) snake a drain ($490+.) I accepted the service contract thinking I could request fair reduction with no luck! The manager did notice my hot water heater service was not done properly and asked if he could send the employee back and complete correctly at no cost. I asked him to remove the service and reduce my bill since it was not correctly completed and he refused. We refused the call back due to the rift this has caused between us and this company. Beware of price gouging/unfair cost of services with this company. They price everything based on worst case scenario and they will not offer better pricing for less complicated outcomes.

As usual technicians are knowledgeable, professional and very respectful of their clients and their homes. I was impressed that care was taken to explain what most caused the pipe leading from inside our basement to our outside spigot most likely cracked and was now leaking and how they proposed to fix the problem. Will definitely continue to recommend Casco for plumbing services.

Casco arrived on time and performed a simple repair on a perforated copper
pipe above our hot water tank. The repair took slightly over 1 hour and the parts used totaled less then $15.00. (prices compared with Lowes & Home Depot).
The charges came to $556.00 !!
I called the manager and received a rude answer, he did not give me a breakdown of parts cost or an hourly price.
The work performed appears to be professional but the bill was outrages.
I will never use this company again, total rip-off.

Finally found our go to plumbing service! Our well pump went out and they quickly came, figured out the issue, and replaced the pump. I was SOO happy to find a company that was easy to get ahold of, had quick service, and competent and kind people. So glad the search is over!

We had an emergency on a Sunday, and they were very willing to squeeze us into a full schedule. The plumbers were very professional, polite, and knew what they were doing. We will definitely use them again, and recommend them highly.

No water on a Friday afternoon. I suspected the pump after checking the system. Called around and Casco was recommended. They got a plumber here quick to do a diagnosis and yes it was the pump. He scheduled a crew for first thing sat morning they showed up on time and this well cap was corroded, had improper connections and was constructed so as it is nearly impossible to get the cap off. Not to mention a 5.5"" casing was used. They dug in and got creative removed cap and due to location the pump had to be pulled by hand. He stated he had been pulling pumps for 30 years and had never seen anything like this. Long story short the pump is in and we have water they did the job as clean and respectful to the property as possible (pulling a pump is a dirty job) if I need a plumber in the future I will use Casco. Great experience from the phone call to the completion signature.

Really impressed at first. They have incorporated technologies to mage processes but execution of these are lacking, ie wrong tech name provides in text . Tech/plumber did not explain or provide beak down of charges. Took too long with the install (2.5 hours) for maybe an 1 hour job. I provided feedback prior to submitting this review giving them a chance to address and correct the issue. I Mercer heard back. Their charges/rate is high but the quality is not.

Jason Taylor , the plumber that came over , was very nice, knowledgeable and very knowledgeable.
They gave me a quote when he told me he would.
Highly recommend the company,
