Mike McBride of Cascade Plumbing in Bonney Lake is Fantastic! We contacted him when a neighbor highly recommended him....best decision we ever made. He came out the next day and checked out our concerns, wrote out an estimate and told us in advance that the estimate might be higher (due to possibly not being able to get the part any more or possibility that something might go wrong) and gave us an estimate of how much higher it might be. He told us what we needed to do until he could fit us into the schedule. He kept in touch with us and showed up when he said he would. He did not charge us labor for one of the things he did, instead, he combined it with the major job because he said the minor job didn't take long. He cleaned up after himself and was very courteous the whole time he was here. The finished job came in at the lowest estimate he originally gave us. He doesn't advertise...all his clients come from word of mouth and that beats advertising every day of the week. I will definitely use him again if the need arises and I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber who doesn't charge an arm and a leg.

I just have to give a shout out to an amazing local plumbing company here in Bonney Lake. It's Cascade Plumbing with Mike McBride. Before my husband's passing, we had a concern on our back faucet that kept spewing water from its overflow. When I called Mike to get an estimate, he showed up not only in less than 24 hours, but actually took one look at it and said it was an easy fix and fixed it for me on the spot at ""no charge"", he then inspected my front faucet to make sure that it was in good shape. He not only is knowledgeable, quick, thorough, but incredibly kind, polite, and thorough. There is no other plumber that I would call from now on except Mike! I highly recommend him and give him 5 s. He is a local honest man that doesn't do a lot of advertising and runs on word of mouth. He is so worth it!

Ceiling downstairs had a leak coming from upstairs toilet. Turned the water off, waited almost a year, then found Mike at Cascade Plumbing. He was out in a flash and discovered the previous owners had installed the last one incorrectly. Had it fixed in no time. I don't know why I waited so long! Mike was professional, honest, clean, and knows his stuff! Price was perfect as well and exactly what he quoted.

Mike is a true professional. He installed a new gas line to our kitchen remodel, then came back and installed the gas cooktop and the new sink and faucet. Everything was done well, on-time and on budget.
