Had a leak in the food disposal in the kitchen sink and left a message with called Cascade Plumbing. They returned my call the next day and sent a plumber the same afternoon. Jon came and fixed the issue professionally. The only peeve was that though he completed the work within 30 minutes, i still got charged for an additional 15 minutes since he was in his vehicle writing up the invoice so had to pay additional $23 for the 15 minutes.

The billing rate can add up quickly and expensively but the job got done properly.

Quick and effective. Answered the phone immediately, and called back quickly when I left a message. Both times I've called, it was for after-hours service. Once for a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink and another time for a issue with the master bath faucet. Reliable and trustworthy, I would recommend calling for any plumbing needs.

Had them replace leaking water heater. Price was exactly as quoted and installation neat and clean. They took the time and precautions to get the large and extremely heavy water heater in and old one out without damaging anything. Even cleaned up the water from leaking unit. Excellent service. I will use them again.

Had a frozen outdoor faucet and could not get the shutoff to turn inside the house either. With even more cold weather coming was afraid of broken pipe and a flood in the basement. Linda took my message and called back in a short time and gave me a time they could be there today.. Came when they said and resolved the issue.

I live in an Eastbrook home, so pretty much everything either doesn't work, was installed improperly or explodes at some point. This time, it was the kitchen sink faucet which started spraying all kinds of water from the underside faucet mounting whenever the water was turned on. I assumed the faucet was shot and would need to be replaced, so I called for a plumber. After calling 7 (seven!) plumbers and getting no response from 6 and 1 message that they could come out in about a week, I finally called Cascade Plumbing and they came out the very next morning.

The plumber was a quiet old dude, but clean, competent and professional. He was also honest! Instead of up-charging me for a new faucet, he told me that the existing faucet might not have been installed properly (big surprise from Eastbrook.) He explained what was wrong and was able to fix it right then and there. No replacement was needed and the charge was minimal. This company exceeded my expectations. I will be calling Cascade if I need plumbing services in the future!
