Elena C.I adore Jim and Robert. My water heater had to be replaced, it had to be brought up to code. I basically spent all day with them. They understood me, single mom of four. They were kind, totally professional, did a PERFECT job and were super fun! Use them for plumbing, heating AND AC!
Joanne L.Stated a repair would be $150, less if he had the part in stock. He came back with the part he found in his office/warehouse and then stated he hoped this would repair it. I asked if not, how much would the repair cost. He said $300. We discussed that amounts over that, it would be best to replace the furnace. He got done with the repair, I wrote him a check for $300 and he told me the repair was $450 so I had to write another check! He also left a huge oil stain in the middle of the cream carpet in my laundry room! He told the BBB I had him confused with another plumber even though I gave copies of the checks to the BBB.
