They left us hanging without water, didn't do any work, and still got paid by our warranty. NOT OKAY. We had a plumbing issue in our new home and filed a claim on our new home warranty through Fidelity. Fidelity Home Warranty Dispatched Cascade Plumbing and electric. An Elderly fellow came in. We showed him the leaking pipe under the Kitchen sink, and then showed him our sump pump we were also having issues with. He went out to the back porch, took one look at the sump pump then told us he had never seen one before and didn't know ""Anything about it"", and left the house. We thought he was just grabbing some tools and coming back in until we saw his truck leave. He looked confused and disoriented, which left us confused. I tried calling Cascade, got their voicemail and asked someone to please call us back because I think there was some confusion somewhere, and that we were also worried about the guy as well. No call back, nothing. We called back the home warranty because they closed out our claim. I asked them why, and they said that they got a report from Cascade electric that ""The homeowner had asked the plumber to leave and did not want the plumber under the house"" . This is 100% false. We never asked the rep to leave, we never refused him to go under the house. We had to pay $3,000 for another plumber to come out and fix it. Cascade never returned out calls. The guy left our home, and told his dispatch that we asked him to leave. WE HAD NO WATER. WE NEEDED HELP AND THEY LEFT US HANGING AND DIDN""T REPOND TO OUR CALLS.

I bought a cabin in Castle Rock and it needed the electrical service / box upgraded, among other work. Cascade charged a very reasonable price and did an amazing job. They charge for the initial visit, but are super knowledgeable in all the important ways, so it was worth it. Bob had creative solutions for every problem I could come up with, and he was even able to rebuild the old water heater on the property (saving me a bundle). Their *awesome* customer service and creative approach to every aspect of the several projects that I worked with them on is impressive. I feel fortunate to have connected with them.

Cascade Electric, Kelso, WA, did the wiring design and installation on our new house construction back in 2009. Excellent design, everything to code, quality fixtures, professional job. Thirteen years later and have never had any problems. In 2016 my wife and I decided we wanted back up emergency power to run our well and lights if ever needed. I decided to buy a generator to run off our tractor power takeoff from a Baumalight distributer, but the cord wasn't long enough for my application. I called Cascade Electric to get power from the generator safely to an outdoor hook up via a longer heavy duty outdoor cable with connectors on either end. They provided exactly what I needed. We have never had to use back up power, but it is ready if ever needed. Cascade Electric has provided me with quality professional electrical work that meets code and gives me peace of mind.

13 reviews rated at 1 star and only 2 positive needs to tell you something about this company. I had a water heater problem, charged more than a new water heater to even come out, did nothing, left and same problem happened again. Good news I explained the problem to the manufacture about the poor knowledge and service of ""CASCADE ELECTRIC"" and was credited for a new water heater. If you are considering using this company please take the time to read the reviews, it will save you time, money and grief.

Hired him to perform a home inspection and provide estimates because I needed someone next day for quotes for bargaining a purchase price on a house I was interested in buying. Keep in mind I'm a supt. For a commercial general contractor so I already knew for the most part what was wrong with the house. I would never hire this guy again period end of story in my opinion he isn't even qualified to oversee paint dry. Not too mention he charge $650 for maybe a hour of work and I had to tell him everything that was wrong and what I wanted him to quote. Talk about having to do the guys job for him. Then I wanted to get a quote for damages in the crawl space and he then proceeded to tell me he was only there for the electrical and got all loud about it in front of my realator. So I called him out on being a general contractor and if he's a general contractor he should do it. Needless to say he quoted it. Long story short don't waste your time keep looking if I didn't need those estimates that day I would have fired his ass pathetic excuse for a company.

From start to finish Cascade electric has amply demonstrated their professionalism, skill, and superb customer service. Our recently purchased home was found to have quite a few troubling wiring issues that were making it impossible to properly cool the house during one of the most intense heat waves in Washington history. Cascade responded to our call promptly and quickly identified the problem and proposed a solution in line with our needs and budget. They then quickly carried out the work to help ensure that we could properly cool our home by adding in new circuits to run the air conditioners. To make it even more impressive they did all of this on the hottest day of the year (117 degree) and completed it all in that single day saving us from suffering in the terrible heat. Cascade is not only a superb company for all of your plumbing and electrical needs but are actual lifesavers. They will be our go to for all future electrical and plumbing needs, highly recommend them to all!

Worst service ever! Did not have all equipment necessary! we even had to go to hardware store for the equipment missing for him! Was helping to get the work done sooner but he was so rude and yelled like I was his employee not the customer that I was! When we left to get the equipment he also left saying he still needed more equipment and left for two hours which he charged us for! At the end he didn't even complete the job! He made it worse and i had to contract a new electrician to fix the problems that he made! Didn't even want to take responsibility for his error! I will never use their services again and I would never recommend them to anyone. BEWARE- after writing this review they are now seeking revenge! Very childish and unprofessional! This just shows what kind of company they are.

Cascade and Electric has been our go to Electric and Plumbing contractor for big and small projects. Their professionalism is unmatched. Bob is very upfront and honest which I truly appreciate.

After a small electrical fire that started in a light switch, we requested repairs, we can't use several other outlets and lights until the repair is made. We got a call on a Wednesday saying they might have someone in the area on Friday, we're 22 miles away from their location. No one showed or called Friday. So I call the next week and was told we would get a call when someone was in the area. 6 weeks pass without a word. So I call again, and was told our repair was NOT a priority and would only be addressed when someone was in the area, but currently no one was scheduled. I was then told, customers have been waiting over 6 months to be scheduled. Customer service is terrible and they provide zero communication.

Started off good, but it went downhill from there. I will say, Sheena in the office was very nice. Main Issues: 1. Hired them on a time and material basis because Bob said that would be more affordable than a bid and that for service work they preferred to work that way. Upon job completion, he flat out refused to provide a ""priced"" itemization of the cost. All I got was a list of tasks done that he tried to pass off as a itemization. Not even a simple hour total or total of materials. Best he told me was ""a couple thousand of materials..."" He simply refused to provide more. That alone is unacceptable and not consistent with contracting standards. Itemization goes hand in hand with time and materials. 2. ) General workmanship -started off well with installing a bathroom subfloor, but subsequent work (molding, baseboards, vanity installation, minor fixture electrical) were fair at best and some not properly completed, requiring hiring a 3rd party to redo some parts of it. Some of the work was good and Sheena was polite, but the majority was of marginal quality, and the lack of professionalism was inexcusable.
