Casas Plumbing was sent to my rental home by my landlady's home warranty service to look at an old water heater and determine if it needed to be replaced. Sebastian Casas determined that it did, followed up with the home warranty company, obtained permission to replace the water heater, then disappeared. He has not returned my several phone calls or text messages.

I understand that home warranty companies are difficult to deal with and don't pay well, but if Sebastian wasn't going to do the job, the least he could do is call me or text me to let me know; that would take perhaps two minutes of his time. Now I'm stuck in the middle of this mess and don't have the new water heater that I need. Ghosting customers is never a good idea!!

We had a leak in a difficult place needing a complex repair. Christian arrived within an hour of the call with the correct parts and completed the two hour job immediately. His fee was reasonable and skill obvious. His business in new but he has been a full time plumber for 14 years. For now it is a one man shop. His Father is also a plumber. English is not his first language and his phone manner is not polished but his work is.
