Tom responded to my online request offering an available time, upfront pricing and requesting more information/pictures about the request. He texted the morning of to confirm his arrival. He worked efficiently and communicated everything to us clearly. There were no surprises with the invoice which was provided at the end of the service. He left everything clean and tidy. We will be calling him again for future plumbing needs. As professional as it gets!

We used him when the main water meter for our condo building failed. He did such a good job that when the city was replacing some lead piping under the street and the sediment from their work clogged up my shower, I brought him back in to do the repairs. He's not the cheapest plumber around, but you're paying for experience, excellent communication, punctuality, and honesty. Would happily use him again, and would recommend to friends.
