If I could give 0 stars I would! bought a brand new home ( new construction) where Casa Mechanical was the contractor for the AC unit for the warranty. The day we signed papers and opened our door on our brand new home the AC was not working. It worked fine during the last walk through, but for some reason it wasn't. We called immediately. They said they would put us on the list not sure when or how but they would get to us. I thought it's fine it's Texas, and it's hot. Everyone wants their AC fixed. At 8:45PM they finely arrived. We were so grateful. The tech came in, looked at the thermostat to check if we had it in "cool" mode walked outside pumped 1 1/2lbs of coolant and left. Never made sure the unit was working, never came back into the home. Nothing! Called to report it again the next morning and they said they would be there around noon. They didn't come around noon, they didn't even call. I called them and they said an emergency call came in and bumped me down. I'm thinking okay, maybe an elderly person, disabled person, someone with a baby. NO the emergency call that bumped my call was because they were closer to where the tech was. No reason other than they were closer so I was not worthy enough to keep my spot on their list. This is insane and I sit here 24 hours without air in our home still without air... Waiting! Use someone else! Their response was it's more convenient and they can't have their techs running around all over town.

Our 7-year-old Rinnai tankless water heater was flashing code 11 and not producing hot water. Casa Mechanical told us to buy a new Rinnai unit and have Casa Mechanical install it. Casa Mechanical said a 7 year old unit was too old!.
I called Rinnai and they said their units usually last over 20 years, and that code 11 issues can be resolved by a skilled plumber by troubleshooting a few issues, the most likely issue being a problem with the ignitor.
I called a different plumbing company, and they opened the Rinnai unit, CLEANED the ignitors by wiping them with a dollar bill (!) and the problem was solved.
I saved myself about $4,000 by NOT LISTENING to advice from Casa Mechanical.

Our A/C has been out for a few days in our BRAND NEW HOME. They state because outside isn't over 85 degrees it's not considered an emergency. It's Texas it's hot as hell especially inside my home. I'm sleeping in my own sweat and they claim it's not an emergency ridiculous. Horrible business and horrible customer service.

We have been dealing with a broken ac for 2 months now. First a coil goes out and we have to wait weeks for the part. Within 2 weeks of them replacing it another part breaks and we are now waiting again for the part. The part comes in 3 weeks later and they come to fix it and now it won't cool because we were told" the previous tech ruined the compressor." Our house has been at 89 all day and night. No one will return our calls when they say they will. We left messages for the manner the first go around and never heard back. The customer service is terrible and the technicians do not know how to communicate. They just left without notifying us of them leaving this leaving our garage open for anyone. Terrible company.

AC Power went out. Called them came an hour later after hours. Much love and respect to a company that will come right of way. Thanks.

On multiple occasions I have contacted the contractor for my new build. Their customer service is subpar. When I escalated to their manager, that manager did not return my call. My HVAC unit is reading 88 downstairs and 104 upstairs and all they can say is we can send someone the next day. So much for emergency services. I have 1 years olds at home and they think this is acceptable behavior. A huge failure on their part.

I am very disappointed and unhappy with CASA. I had a lightning strike hit my house and it affected my heat/AC system. I asked CASA to look at it and they said I needed a complete system replacement ($4,500). My insurance company had an independent inspector look at it and determined that the only thing wrong was the Defrost Control Board - total cost less than $500. I didn't receive a satisfactory explanation for why they said my entire system was bad and have never received a call back from their service manager.

We just moved in and our home is under warranty. No it's not an emergency and I'm willing to work with them. I've attached a picture of the issue. You can see someone needs hand slapped or fired because this individual left my guest bathroom like this. The vertical drain line was cut too short and they forced the p-trap upwards to where it gradually worked itself off. Found water draining to the floor. I asked them to drop off extended p-trap since they won't/can't come out because it's not an emergency. I seriously believe in COVID/19 safety protocol. Yes, talked to one of their underpaid ignorant young kid. She/he said "no we can't do that because it will break the warranty. Don't use this company they only hire non-proactive ignorant $&@! Kids. What happens to my brand new home warranty? You can take that slogan "we can do that" and $&@! It's more like, "we can't/ won't do that, but we got your money, ha ha ha"

New house built in 2019 with HVAC installed by Casa Mechanical. Mid-July we noticed our AC couldn't keep up and continuously had 78 degree temps inside our house. Called Casa Mechanical and tech came out 3 days later to tell us it was a problem with our dampers and Casa was going away from Honeywell. Five days later the tech came back and "replaced the dampers" but the issue continued. Two weeks later our house was 85 degrees called Casa and didn't get a call back. Called an emergency HVAC service provider and they spent 5 hours fixing multiple installation errors by Casa Mechanical (electrical, thermostat installation, etc.). To boot, we found out the dampers were not replaced two weeks earlier.

Horrible quality and customer service!
