Called this am with a leak in front yard. Recvd a call back within 30 min and tech digging in the yard within an hour. Full job complete and leak repaired-with full explanations along the way. So far, great!

We called Monday morning because central air was blowing lukewarm air, these were the guys that originally put in the unit according to notes we have on the house. They said 30 minutes to arrive, probably took about 15 minutes and they were here. I was worried about expense because it was $86.50 just go have them come, which includes first 15 minutes of labor, but this turned out to be a non issue. Before I could even open the backyard gate to give him access to the a/c unit, he said his guess was it was the capacitor. He popped open the controls/wiring area on the unit, tested the current which was too low, said yup that's it. Walked to van, got new capacitor, put it in, done it worked. Took about 8-10 minutes, part was $50, labor was just the $86.50 which is their minimum anyway, and we're running like new. Next time sure I might look to swap it out myself, but I would have had no clue how to do that this time around, and they were great. Tom was real nice guy too.

My water heater quit when we had out of town guests. I called and within a hour we had a technician at our residence...did I mention this was almost 10pm? Service was friendly and knowledgeable. A very positive experience and thank you Casa Mechanical for saving the day!

Don't ever use this company unless you like being abused! I waited 5 1/2 hours for them to come, even cable is better than these idiots. And for God's sake do not piss off SANDY she will rip you a new one, bitch! Stay away, stay away!

I had an AC Issue and they came out, diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. All was done in a timely manner and for a good price. Can't recommend them enough.

Plumbing services subpar, new house and warranty is done by them. They have been by 5 times and toilet still leaks. Typical scheduling, 8-12 or 12-5 which would be fine if the problem was fixed, but I had to do this 6 times. Do not hire these guys for plumbing, you're only setting yourself up for a huge headache.

Casa Mechanical's Plumbers were the worse I have ever used. I had them install all the new fixtures for 3 bathrooms. For example, purchased a Grohe shower system with shower head and separate hand shower. The Casa plumber installed the hand shower to the tub spout outlet. It was unbelievable. All the work they did in 3 bathroom remodels had to be redone by Clark Kent Plumbing. On top of that, all lines driped under the sink or behind the wall, all faucets began coming loose. They attempting to fix their work several times. I finally called Clark Kent . Ihad to pay twice. They suck

Worst business I have ever dealt with, I have a 2yr old(May made it 2yrs) ac unit that has went out in the winter(the freeze we had) and this summer(109 heat blast)and they wouldn't make a time for me at all(I get off at 5:00pm) then I was told that it would be $89 just for them to show up and $22 every 15 minutes. The person I talked with was so rude,talked to me like I was bugging her and let me know that she and this racist company didn't give a shit about me or their crappy ac unit. FUCK YOU CASA !!!!

I bought a brand new home and Casa installed the A/C. After 4.5 years, the coil broke (yay, before warranty was up). I chose to have the coil replaced by a different compnay. Well, afterwards there is a big warranty issue with the manufacturer. They wouldn't accept the warranty information the new a/c company had supplied. I first called the home builder and was told to contact Casa. He also said they always go to Casa as the new home installers because they are a great company. This is a big builder that makes many houses a year. I called Tom at Casa (I felt weird calling because I didn't go with them in the first place) and he went all out to help me. He called the manufacterer and gave all the information necessary. This is great customer service!
