INCONSIDERATE CON ARTISTS.
i was working on a jobsite with only myself and my co worker, no home owners or other crews around. I walked around the house to our work truck for just a few minutes to get the material i needed to finish my task at hand, and when i came back my drill was gone as well as the casa mechanical truck that parked in front of our jobsite right before i walked around the house. I called the main office and informed me that the employee saw my drill, and did NOT see anyone else at the jobsite, but didnt take it. So in conclusion they said there is nothing they can do it about it.
Apparently the man in charge, Jim Stokes will not even return a call. Very disappointed to hear that several other employees from various companies have similar stories involving casa mechanical. BE AWARE.

Did the plumbing and HVAC on our new construction. Talked a good game regarding their customer service but that disappears once they're paid. Save yourself some grief and look elsewhere.

About two months ago I had intermittent problems with my water heaters that Casa Installed 3 years ago on the original build of the house. They came out said two of the elements were bad and replaced them. Thinking everything was good a couple weeks later the water heater breaker kept popping. Finally today I called them after I pulled the cover off the element and I found out the HOT wire was not even attached. I called Casa and they refused to come fix it. I guess I will find another plumber in the future.

Our house flooded and casa mechanical had done the plumbing install so the builders sent them out to see if it was a warranty issue. Finding out it could be a rodent issue didn't even bother to offer to test the system to assure no more leaks had come up. 2 more times I have had issues when I asked for a pressure test to be done to assure no more leaks they said they couldn't do that. I left a voicemail with rick the supervisor and he calls me already with an attitude in his voice and arguing with me. Very unprofessional when the young man came out too cursing and didn't even have anything to fix the job and had to come back and have us wait for him a second time to finish the job

I've had an intermittent smell of gas since I purchased the house. Casa Mechanical did the original install. This, obviously, seems like an urgent issue. After speaking with the manager, a technician was sent by the house the next morning! They found it to be normal when the tankless water heater activates and not the result of a leak. The attention of the owner and manager to resolve our fears was amazing!

Casa is a terrible company to do business with. They do NOT care if they show up on time or at all. They will also charge you a premium for the work they do a shotty job on. Please refrain from doing business with these con artists. They sub out the work and don't follow up with the owner or builder and charge for trips that didn't happen or where work was not performed. Very disappointed, and hope builders quit doing business with them. They will also charge you for material they did not provide. Be very cautious because the people in the office have no idea what is going on in the field.

Really disappointed in this company. They installed all the plumbing for our new home in Sun City. Never bothered them until today when we had the sewer back up into our walk-in shower. When I called Casa Mechanical and explained our situation and that our home was just two years old they indicated our warranty had expired and even though I explained the emergency they said the best they could do was send someone out the next day.
Not really what I expected from the company that did our plumbing. I would not recommend them.

Hats off to Casa Mechanical!!! My sales rep Evan Young did a fantastic job helping me with my AC that stopped working during 100 degree weather! He installed 2 wall units in my house so I had AC until they were able to install (next day). His team - Paul, Mario and Wes were extremely friendly and helpful. They did an amazing job with the install!
Thank you Casa Mechanical team!!!

Since 2014 we've used casa mechanical for AC issues twice under warranty and once out of pocket. Never totally fixed our issues. Had a different company come out and they found that casa failed to put the cap back on when they filled it with Freon on their last visit. Unit was almost empty- thanks for the $200 bill, casa.

I am very disappointed with the level of service that I had received throughout multiple visits while both under my house warranty and after it had expired. Ever since I moved into my new home, I have had to call out a service technician each summer for a mechanical failure. With this being the third year I had the same mechanical trouble with my AC not working fully. Either it would only work upstairs, downstairs or not at all. Each time the technician would come out they would spend less than an hour turning things off and back on in sense resetting the system. This treated the symptoms only and not the actual cause.
Fast forward to this this summer, same issue with my AC not working. I called to have a tech come out to look at the device. He spent about a half hour at my place for which I was charged $105. The only thing he did was power the unit off and back on and replace the thermostat. This was on a Thursday. I find out later on that Saturday the AC goes off entirely.
I had made an attempt to get a tech out again but schedules conflicted, and I missed the window. I called a different repair technician who was able to come out the same day. The individual spent well over four hours working on my unit to make sure it would start to work. He even ended up having to call in his boss to find out what was going on with the system.
As it turned out, multiple issues had occurred including lose wires, a broken board, and low on coolant. They explained to me to get everything up and running with replacements it would be around $1000. I was very upset to hear the number. In all the times I had someone come out to look at my equipment from Casca Mechanical, not one agent went the extra mile to find out what was really going on with my equipment. If they had, I can't help but think the repair bill would have been less or even none at all. It is very frustrating that I live in a brand new house with everything being just over three years old and already a major competent has broken down.
TL:DR
If your AC breaks down under warranty with Casa Mechanical, call a real technician to come out and look it over. Better to pay a service call around $89 than to have to fork over a $1000 due shoddy work.
