Called Jerry at 4pm on a Friday with a leaking water heater, he stated he'd be here about 6:30pm, he texted me when he was 30min out and showed up on time, quickly determined the problem and came back out the following Tue with a new unit and installed and upgraded old connections, this guy is a total professional with great follow up and excellent skills. Great experience, really nice guy, highly recommend!

Company is very responsive, was able to get me a quote and had availability the same week. Jerry gave me an appointment window and even gave me a heads-up when he was 15-20 mins away. He was very professional and polite. My plumbing issue ended up being more complex than the original quote which I expected might be the case for my specific situation but he was able to fix it at a reasonable price. He also gave me some tips about other water and plumbing ideas my husband and I were planning i.e. how to tackle the hard water/calcium build up in our area and information about water softeners and filters. Jerry answered my call and was able to make a same day appointment, he came promptly at the time range he provided. He took off his shoes wore a mask and went to work! He fixed my leaky toilet, sealed my other loose toilet and fixed the improper plumbing under the sink! Price was very reasonable and I had a very positive experience!

The shower in a home we just bought had low flow/pressure. We weren't sure how far back the cause was or how much repiping we'd need. Fortunately, Jerry was able to get to it right away. Turned out to be a rust-clogged T-pipe between the hot and cold valves, so we didn't have to replace pipe.

At some point we will probably need to repipe the house, but thank goodness not today.

Jerry cleaned up when he was done, did very minimal damage to the drywall -- Which absolutely had to be cut and we knew that was going to be the case before he came over -- He did give me the contact info for his drywall guy, who we will probably call later when we are done with assorted projects.

Fast, honest, professional. Best of all, the price was terrific! It was far less than the original good price he quoted me because it turned out not to need as much work as it might have.

His estimates for other work, including repiping, were all quite reasonable.

He also patiently put up with my watching him work and helped me with a leaking sink drain that I wasn't successfully repairing myself.

We couldn't be happier. We have found our Vancouver plumber!

I called Jerry and made an appointment with him the following week. Over the weekend I thought I was able to fix the problem so I called and cancelled the appointment a couple days before. But upon checking the flow meter for our property I saw that it was still spinning. I called him back and rescheduled. The night before the appointment I found the leak in our home and was able to fix it myself. It was actually two leaky toilets. The day of the appointment I went to check the time of the appointment via the text message he sent me. There was also a link to a website app on it that I hadn't checked yet. Upon clicking on it I saw that he was going to charge me $189 plus tax for just even coming to our house. I've had contractors come out before, including an HVAC guy and they e never charged me for coming out. But that was my mistake for not checking the link he gave me! Since I already fixed the problem I called Jerry last minute and cancelled. Every single time I've called Jerry he was quick to answer the phone and he was polite. He even politely told me to never call him again. Because of his quick phone answering and his exceptional politeness, I rate Jerry's company a five out of five. I hope you can forgive me Jerry!

Was very happy with the service received. I had a plumbing emergency at 8:00 AM on a Saturday. Called Jerry and he was here at noon and took care of the problem quickly and on quote. He also took the time to look at my gas fireplace which was also having an issue. He did a quick fix on it for me at no charge.
