We had a major leak in the ceiling of our bathroom, (in the new house we just bought). The ceiling caved in and what a mess! M&R came to our rescue! They fixed the leak and took care of everything. Not knowing anyone & just moving to the area, they knew what to do! I would highly recommend Daniel Frank and his very respectful employees to everyone! If you need an honest and reputable company, M&R Plumbing is the BEST!

Tuesday night as I prepared for a night's rest, I discovered a funny squishy sound at a certain spot of my bedroom hardwood floor. My water heater was failing.

Early Wednesday morning I called M&R Plumbing, one of the few who are mentioned with a Yelp site, and with three positive reviews. I spoke with a nice guy (name? Travis maybe? Sorry.) He told me they were pretty booked, and it looked like a wait until next day was likely. I said OK as it was short notice. 10 minutes later, he called back saying they had just had a cancellation and could have someone there in 20 minutes. Justin arrived soon after and tore into the project with a happy vengeance. Like a dog with a new bone. He explained everything clearly that he was going to do, the likely costs, and got approvals. And like he said about 3 hours later I had a new and beautiful up to code system. Justin was quick, clean, precise, skilled, and did I mention quick? There was no running for parts, stopping for a smoke, or even coffee. He just got it done. How he moved the old one out, and the new one in place, I'll never know. He had to work in a small closet in the garage, two feet off the ground. He got the new one in, and even in a new pan to catch any future failures, cutting a drain pipe to the outside.

All in all, a great job. I will not hesitate to call these folks again for anything. Very pleased. Job well done!

Arrived early and finished the job quickly. Justin was professional and took a few minutes to look over some other plumbing issues I have. Future repairs. Not Justin's fault but the sales pitch to join a club for $15 a month was not received well. Doesn't make sense to pay all year when I may not need the services again.

I called M&R today (a Saturday) at 11:30 am about my outdoor faucets. Two hours later, Chris stopped by and fixed them both, quick. The total bill was only $105 including the service call and labor. Why did I wait so long to call?!

I called RA Biel out for a boiler problem, they did nothing but complain about my system and did not fix the problem and charged me $150 for the privilege. So I called Davis, they guy came out, charged $100 to tell me he didn't know what the problem was. I called M&R, they put me through to Chad. He listened to my problem and in 30 seconds, had the answer ON THE PHONE WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT THE SYSTEM!!! I replaced the bad part and my boiler is working like a champ! Thanks Chad, Thanks M&R! This is the definition of professionalism!

AMAZING service and Professional Employees. Tristen was awesome and completed the work in a timely manner. He was even willing to come out on Sunday night, though we waited until morning when it was light. The fact he was willing to help two elderly women was nothing short of remarkable. If I could give 10 stars I would. Price's even for emergency service call were extremely reasonable.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Look elsewhere if you want good customer service. I get the owners cant always control how their employees treat others BUT when it's an owner that's doing it. Pretty sad. I guess they don't need the business.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Beware and get details about what you are going to be charged before you have them do the work. I tried to talk to the owner about a bill I felt I was overcharged for. She was the rudest person. Not only would she not listen to me but she would also talk over me. Needless to say, I won't be using their service again!

Myron came out to fix a leak on my water main. He was very professional and had the situation under control quickly. He also found some problems we were unaware of. I would happily recommend Lewis Plumbing and Myron to everyone. Pricing is reasonable. Thanks so much.
