Called in for emergency service call. They sent a guy who could not fully complete the job because he was not qualified to check system charge. Charged over $1000 to clean, inspect and change a capacitor. Left us with an incomplete job then came back out to 2 days later to finish the job and charged us for another service fee for a job that was never completed the first time. Only to tell us now that our system is old and needed to be replaced! We still have no AC! Better Business Bureau here we come! Do not trust these crooks!

R A Biel has always done a great job. We recently needed a new cooler
that had to be ordered and to our pleasant surprise it was here and professionally installed within 4 days. They were very fast, cleaned up all messes and even disposed of our old swamp cooler! I would recommend them to anyone who wants things done correctly!

I woke up to a no furnace and dropping temperature. I called R A Biel and they responded quickly. Within a short period they had diagnosed the problem and replaced the defective part and my heat was restored.

I have been a customer of RA Biel for at least 15 years. I have always been well satisfied with their work.

RA Biel did the plumbing in our DA funded home. There appeared to be MANY problems, but as new construction we thought the San Juan Building inspectors would protect us . We were mistaken, somehow. After the first year the plumbing became more problematic. Biel was called two more times, but did nothing to improve the situation, and, in fact, made the problem(s) markedly worse. Move forward to this week. We had a REPUTABLE plumber dig up the entire septic line, from house to tank, and we now know that RA BIEL has been responsible for ALL the problems we have experienced, and LIED about to cover up. We have a complete video record what Freedom Services found. We look forward to presenting our videos and testimony to a jury. We will post more details as soon as the lawyer says it is all right. We will also post the Court schedule, for anyone who might have similar experiences with RA BIEL Plumbing. YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE WHAT WE FOUND IN OUR LONG BURIED PLUMBING! MUCH more to come.

Biel Plumbing is the BEST!! I have used them for decades! They are always professional and prompt. They diagnose and repair the problem in a professional and quick manner. Highly recommend them for all your plumbing, heating and air conditioner needs.

The ""technicians"" that showed up didn't know what they were doing. They couldn't identify the reason my heater wasn't putting out hot - or even warm - air. They seemed unwilling to enter the crawl space to access the heater and they seemed like they were rushing the job to get home. I told the manager Mark that I couldn't afford to blow another hundred dollars having them back.

I paid over $1000 for a water heater in 2015. When I was in Albuquerque in Nov/18 my room mate called to say there was water everywhere from the water heater. I called R A Biel to ask about my warranty. The lady put me on hold & then told me it was only good for 6 months & had expired. She did offer to sell me another one. I said ""no thanks"" & called medallion. Some how he was able to get it replaced ( it was actually for 6 years). I did have to pay for labor. After thinking about it I called R A Biel & Mark (the owner) answered. He was so thankful I called, got my information & promised to call back. After 3 weeks with no call I called to speak with him & he wouldn't take my call. I will NEVER use this company again. They don't stand behind their work, way over priced & just care about the money. I'm so glad I now have a trustworthy plumber at Medallion!

OVERPRICED!! This company charges you $150 dollars just to come to your home. They do not tell you that when making an appointment! They overcharged me a great deal for a simple repair. I have asked them for an itemized bill to justify the costs, and I still have not received it. The plumber made an estimate on the work to be done my texting a picture to his boss. They came up with the amount over the phone. The only reason I had them do the repair was because I was already going to be out the $150 that I was never even told about. I will NOT be using them again.
