L. H.NO REGARD FOR A CUSTOMERS TIME!!! Scheduled a repair by this company"" Carter's a week and half ago so I could get a "" First Appointment"" . That should have been an 8-10 window but I just got a call from repairman at 8:20 to say it would be between 11:00-4:00. So since I cleared my morning calendar and now they wanted me avail 8:00-4:00 missing a whole day of work or anything else??
I can only imagine how bad their work must be with this low regard regard for their customer.
Will go elsewhere!
