I would like to update my review. While I was upset about the whole service call, Carters did reach out to me to make sure I understood that it was more than just changing the battery on the backup and they offered to send the quote to me that possibly had gone into my spam. I will give them at least a thumbs up for following up.

Paul and Ryan were helpful, quick and did a great job installing our new faucet and replacing our old disposal. Even took a quick look at an issue we were having that they weren't called out to help us with. Appreciate their work!

Had a bad smell in various places in the house. They found a sink that was not hooked up properly and charged us under 100 bucks for a minimal visit, and if this does not fix it we'll do a bigger test.

Super polite, curteous and really thought the problem through. Would highly recommend.

I've had a few different workers for different projects (garbage disposal and leak) the last week. Both workers were timely, nice, and efficient with their time. Should I ever have a different plumbing issue, I will definitely use Carters My Plumber!
