S G.Worst!!! Had to replace brand new dishwasher because they installed it wrong, had to replace brand new hot eater heater because a faulty one was provided. New bathroom vanity installed wrong and brand new toilet was installed askew. Double the costs, triple, quadrupled the problems. Headaches and hardship endured which caused tenant relationship issues. DO NOT EMPLOY THEM.
Michael P.I called Carter Mechanical (Staten Island, NYC) in January to fix my oil furnace in Brooklyn which wasn't working. Rob Carter eventually showed up (with some friends) and looked at the furnace but didn't fix it. He charged $150 for the visit and said he would return and fix it later. Of course he never showed up to fix the furnace so after a week without heat or hot water during the coldest week of the year, I had to pay for another contractor to fix the problem: a new nozzle worth about $10 retail. I was scammed.
