Lance was courteous , knowledgeable , explained what he was doing , was meticulous in ensuring the ceiling around the new fan was in good shape after he completed the job & cleaned up all the broken ceiling stuff - before he left
When a switch did not work as expected he promptly returned to fix the problem the very next day.
The high quality of Carter -was worth the premium price charged by Carter , knowing they are local & will return to fix any problems
