Could not be more pleased with the timeliness of his return call, the promptness of his response, and the quality of the service he provided. Scott is old school plumbing at its best: he fixes what needs fixing, lets you know if he sees trouble coming, and goes out of his way to recommend and implement the most logical and economical solution. He double and triple checks his work and keeps you informed every step of the way. And by saying he is ""old school"" that is a serious compliment, he reminds me of my dad and my brother (electrician and plumber respectively) in that he is honest and hard working and thoroughly knowledgeable. He fixed a commode, a sink in a different bathroom, and out kitchen sink in no time flat. I found him on Yelp and this is my first review on Yelp because I was that impressed. Thanks to all of you that recommended him.

Here is what happened to me. You be the judge. The owner came to fix a hot/cold shower situation. He decided on the phone that we need a new valve box behind the shower handle, which was replaced to the tune of $200 for the work. Did not solve the problem. During this process he pushed out the shower spout leaving a 1/2"" gap between the wall and the spout. He said he didn't do anything to make that happen and that it was like that before he started the work ! He could have easily fixed it right then - yet he wanted to come back another day for another $100 to fix it. I fixed it myself. He also said that our hot water circulating pump was installed all wrong and he will be back to fix it. We have had this set up more than 8 years without a problem. Buyer beware !!

Locally owned small business. Run by the guy whose name is in the sign. I just met him when he fixed the leak in my wall. Scott was professional, efficient, honest, informative, and fair priced. Highly recommend.
