I found Carter Plumbing at the beginning of my remodel and Luke has been so helpful with everything from replacing old angle stops to moving drains/ water lines to installing a new utility sink in the garage and extending our gas stub from the garage to the crawl space for our new gas appliances. He also helped me choose a tankless gas hot water heater and installed it. He's been very flexible with scheduling in and around the chaos of a full remodel and has worked well with my other sub-contractors. I'm so glad I found Luke and will certainly continue to utilize his services in the future.

Luke was the only person I reached out to who was willing to come take a look at my one and a half year old Rheem has water heater after the pilot light would no longer stay lit. All of the other companies I contacted refused to come out as soon as I said it was a Rheem water heater.

Unfortunately, he wasn't able to fix the water heater; however, he did not charge me a cent for the visit, saying he wouldn't accept payment for something he wasn't able to fix.

I eventually decided to replace the water heater, because i couldn't find anyone to fix it and why keep something that can't be fixed. Naturally, I reached out to Luke and he was able to respond the day I needed him.

Not only did he install the water heater, he hauled off the old one and gave me an amazing deal.

I highly recommend Carter Plumbing and Luke will be the first person I contact with any future plumbing issues. Thank you!

Luke did a good job and the price he charged is very fair! He doesn't add mark up for any extra necessary parts / hardware he carries. I would hire him again if I need anything plumbing.

We needed to have gas piping installed for a BBQ and outdoor fireplace. He came out the next day to give an estimate and did the work a few days later. Price was fair and he did great work. Would definitely work with again and recommend.

Luke is very Professional 100% recommended, I was hesitant about somebody coming to my home because I have a newborn, but he was amazing did a great job, and finished everything on time.
