Loved that they wore a mask when coming to our house. Work is definitely high quality. They had the best deal when it came to getting our water heater replaced. Even when we had some water flow issues of gunk from the old water heater blasting into the pipes, he came back immediastely the next day to fix it even though the original job was just to replace the water heater. He took the time to find the issue rather than replacing the sink faucet. Very responsive when asking questions as well. One of the best plumbers i would reccomend!

Had Luke install 3 new toilets in our house. Did a fantastic job. We ended up replacing the internals in the tanks with better stuff to make the toilets flush better. He came out a few days later for that and they work great. He took great care around our new build house and everything looks wonderful. Was on time, very reasonably priced for the work he did and was very friendly. If I ever have a need for a plumber he's my go to guy.

Our 12 year old hot water heater went, and Luke gave us an affordable price for a top notch replacement (plus he hauls away the old heater). I highly recommend Carter Plumbing & Heating! Had them come out to replace an old failing PRV and an old dripping water main shutoff valve in our basement. The owner Luke was very responsive to my messages (on Yelp). He quoted me a great price for the work and arrived when he said he would. Luke immediately got to work on it (masked and took his shoes off) and was probably finished with the job in under an hour. Our home's water pressure is back to normal again! Thanks Luke! We'll definitely use your company again for all our plumbing needs.
