First and foremost I did not choose this company to service my home they were assigned the job through American Home Shield Warranty. Not once but twice they have shown up to my home unannounced.

The first time they came just to inspect a leak at the water heater. Today they came back to repair that leak but prior to me scheduling the appointment I spoke with a lady at their office with whom I made the appointment with.

She gave me several time frames in which I could work with to meet someone out at the home so that my teenage son was not home alone with a stranger. We set at time from 10 AM to 2 PM and gave her my phone number so the technician could call me once they were on their way to my house.

Well... it's past 2 PM TODAY and I received NO phone calls and learned from my teenage son that they showed up to the house once again unannounced. So I called Carter to find out what happened to that phone call...

I asked for a supervisor and the same lady that helped me yesterday immediately became defensive and opted to help me instead of giving me her boss. Long story short she became argumentative over the phone and try to put words in my mouth stating that I said someone would be home when I gave her my phone number for the purpose of being at the home when someone arrives. My exact words to her during our conversation yesterday were, ""No offense to your company but the last plumber who showed up to fix the leak didn't so I would like to be there when your guy arrives.""

Not only did she cross the professional line by arguing with a customer she flat out LIED what I said to her over the phone but syhe had the nerve to say, ""The problem with the water heater was a simple fix... WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?""

My problem is this... I work with vendors all day long and when they are giving specific instructions by a client or customer they follow them AND if they tell a client or customer that they are going to do something then they should DO IT! You're work could have been fantastic but the fact that you did not honor our verbal agreement overshadowed any future business with me.

AHS will hear from me and they will NEVER send this company to my home again!

If I could put a NEGATIVE STAR I would. This place is AWFUL! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone ever.!!! Horrible customer service. Bottom line they never respond, return calls, LIE, and dont do the job! Our insurance paid them to repair our plumbing and replace our toilets and for labor. They delayed in coming out (it was an emergency) put in wrong toilet and said they didnt make toilet we had (that they were already paid for) and didnt tough the second toilet in need of repair!
HORRIBLE. Scammy company
