These guys were amazing. We needed some help fixing our master tub and Paul helped us over email figure out the problem (which was impressive and nice instead of the usual ""we're going to have to come out and take a look"" when clearly the expert knows what the problem is, they just want the business). So we went and got the part he said was broken and hubby tried to fix it himself, which lead to another problem. Reached out to Paul again and within 2 days (our choice, they were ready to come out the next day) they were at our place and fixed BOTH problems quickly. They were friendly and on time, just all around good honest guys for the job. And their pricing is great in my opinion. The perfect guys for any of your plumbing needs! Definitely will be our go to for any future problems.

I found their company on yelp and put in a request , the owner was able to contact me within minutes of my request. He explained the work in detail over the phone with an estimate . We were able to book the work for the very next morning . They were even able to come earlier which was awesome . The price matched the exact estimate . I'm always on the look out for my go to specialists and Carson Plumbing will be our family's plumber in our new hometown. I called multiple local plumbers for quotes and availability- and they offered a very reasonable rate and said they could be at our home within two hours (between 3-4). They showed up within an hour of my call right at 3, showed my husband how to use an auger in case we wanted to purchase our own for future toilet clogs, provided recommendations on what the next steps would be if this is a habitual issue, recommended toilets and sale pricing for future replacement, and gave us a great military discount. Just a great local company who you can tell takes pride in their work and customer service. They definitely have earned a customer for life- thanks guys!!!

Paul and Tony are great, knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot recommend Carson Plumbing enough, honestly.

After turning the irrigation system back on, I discovered there was a small leak in the interior shutoff valve. I reached out on yelp and decided on Carson Plumbing, seriously best decision. They showed up five minutes before (perfect) and were friendly and respectful of our home. I showed Paul what I had seen and in no time at all they had the valve replaced and ready to go. Paul is highly knowledgeable and extremely friendly in a sincere way that is not very common and it was highly appreciated. While we were wrapping up and in discussion, they both noticed some water around the HVAC and immediately identified the leak and grabbed the parts to fix the issue.

I appreciated everything they did today from the actual job, people skills and service standard they provide. I certainly will only be using Carson Plumbing going forward, and I highly suggest you do the same.
