Called hoping to get someone out in the next week or so. They shocked me by saying someone could be to my house in 30 minutes! Sam and Eli were thorough, professional, friendly, and totally cleaned up after the project. They also alerted me to an issue the county may need to address. I wasn't sure what the problem was but they narrowed it to the pressure regulator for the house and were able to do a same day repair. Carson will probably be my go-to plumbing company now!

My problem started over the 4th of July holiday. The expansion tank over the top of my water heater failed, and hole in the top of it was shooting water everywhere. I shut off the water and started draining the tank to relieve some of the pressure. Afterward, I temporarily fixed the issue with some J.B. weld. As I was calling around for service (holiday weekend mind you), Carson was the ONLY vendor that I spoke with (spoke with close to 10 I'm certain) that referred me to another company, since they were unable to come out that day. Actually caring about my issue and trying to help me even when they couldn't, really impressed me.

Fast forward to yesterday. I had let the issue go for a while since the J.B. Weld had held up, while I contemplated whether or not I wanted to try to fix it myself and deal with all the PVC pipe cutting. I decided against it and knew exactly who I wanted to have my business. I called Carson Plumbing, explained my issue, and was surprised that they were able to come out a few hours later that same day. The technicians arrived (Sam & Josiah), were very professional, cordial, and in the timeframe we agreed to. I let them get to work and they fixed the problem in no time! Afterward, they patiently walked me through what they had done. The work looks very clean and professional. I wouldn't have known they were there by looking at their workspace. I also wasn't charged an arm and a leg for the work, which is great.

Carson's Plumbing will continue being my go-to plumbing service. I highly recommend this business.

We were EXCITED to have been referred to Paul at Carson Plumbing.
We were thrilled with our first business experience even though prices were high. The newest interaction however has compelled us to reverse comments of endorsement. Our complaint isn't a simple one as we were stuck between the contractor who made the original referral and Carson. We wanted to get all parties together and sort things out. Carson refused. I requested and was promised an itemized invoice and not just a number pulled out of the air. We got a lame and incomplete list that didn't break down services by time or by labor and parts. I requested greater detail and he went radio silent. He was paid in full and I'm kicking myself in the fanny for allowing to be taken for a very expensive ride!!! Carson hid from the contractor's calls who won't refer him anymore. Too bad, we thought we found a good and honest tradesman. Carson and all of the staff we've met seemed nice and professional. In retrospect I think Carson knew and wanted to avoid his responsibility as he changed crews from Tony to Sam. Caveat Emptor.

Our only plumber! Responds quickly! Provides a upfront analysis of the situation with a solution and free estimate. Provides same day service timely and doesn't leave a mess. Practices Covid guidance. So far we've had toilets installed, hot water heater line fixed at floor and in ceiling. Pipe to refrigerator ice maker fixed. Bathroom sinks unclogged, garbage disposal replacement. We will continue to call and trust Carson Plumbing! Call Paul and try them for yourself!

I called after hours yesterday (4/22) and got a phone first thing in the morning (4/23) and they were out at 1030 to fix my issue. This is my second dealing with this company and the only problem after the first time was I didn't save their number and had to look them up again. Highly recommend this friendly and efficient company.

I had a major kitchen sink back up and needed help quickly. Carson sent team out within a half hour and these guys were great. They wore masks and were very professional and worked hard to get the job completed... it was a clog pretty deep down. Good-natured the whole time and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Paul was prompt, professional and very competitively priced for my projects. He came up with intuitive plans to extend gas piping in my home to reach the laundry room so we can switch to gas vice electric dryer. He also installed a 50-gallon new gas water heater to replace my 37 year old one! He and his crew were very pleasant and very respectful of our home. I'd hire him again in a heart beat and highly recommend his plumbing services!
