I knew this to be a reputable company that was recommended by several friends from church. I reached out to the owner, Ken Leffler, about issues with my water heater because it was running out of hot water before the bathtub even got full. He asked when it was convenient for me to have his guys come take a look and was able to fit me in within 48 hours. Luke and Jared were courteous, knowledgeable, and very diligent in their work. They replaced an element inside the water heater and left everything neat and tidy. Very happy with this company and highly recommend!

My A/C drain stopped up. I needed an early morning appointment, they showed up promptly at 7:15 AM and started to work on my problem. The technician was great and explained everything that needed to happen, told me how much it would cost and about how long it would take.

I had a plumber come out who could not finish the work, he told I needed to find someone else because it was beyond the scope of his business. He recommended Carrollton Plumbing. They came out that same day! They were great, fixed the problem, and were very nice. Especially considerate to come out on a Friday afternoon, not even being called until Friday at noon. I set up a time of 10:00 am the day before these people were to come out to my place. I had to take off a 1/2 day of work to be able to be home at the 10:00am for them to do the work. At 10:15 I texted Ken and asked if they are still coming to my house? At 10:30 I called them and of course Ken did not pick up the phone. I finally get a text saying he thought he told me between 10:00am and 12:00pm and this is not what he told me. I will make sure I never call this company again. If a Company is not good for their word, I do not want them working at my house!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company did a fine job of helping us remodel a small shower. They moved a drain and reset the faucets. They were fast and efficient. I was a bit surprised at how expensive plumbing services are! However, that said, Carrollton Plumbing pricing was on par with the others we consulted and they did do very fine work. I would recommend them.
