We were used! We are an elderly couple on a fixed income. After paying him $1,700 to fix my plumbing it started again. He charged us $700 for 2 toilets that cost $90 ea. I now have thousands of dollars in repair. We can't stay here because of the smell of mold rotten floors and going to cost us close to $5,000 to fix. I called him last week his answer was to keep the grass cut really short and not wash clothes or use the dishwasher. he also said to take an as little amount of showers as you can. We now need a hazmat team to come in because of mold and sewage under our home. He did not do any work he had his 16 yr old son under my home sending pictures to him and him telling him what to do. When asked to see pictures he said he deleted them. I asked for a receipt and said he would mail it to me I never got anything.

My pressure tank and well pump went out. I called several local plumbers but, didn't get a comfortable ""feeling"". I finally called Carroll & Sons. Ray was able to provide me a detailed estimate over the phone. Ray and his son were at my house first thing in the morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem and it was exactly what Ray had suspected. Ray had even accurately predicted the depth of my well pump based upon my location! While they worked on pulling the pump and removing the broken pressure tank his wife picked up a new pump and tank and delivered it to the house.
They replumbed the main water supply to my house and to my garage, installed new valves, new pressure tank and new well pump.
Within a few hours I had full water restoration. The work was done meticulously. They cleaned up everything spotlessly and hauled off the old tank and pump. To top it all off Ray even gave me a discount off the original quote! I will definitely be calling Carroll & Sons again for any of my future plumbing needs.
