When our garbage disposal stopped working, we looked to Yelp for plumbing services and found Carroll Plumbing. On the first phone call, Mike did his best to assess the problem and actually tried to troubleshoot over the phone. I thought this was a generous gesture since he was able to share his time during off hours -- we called about 2 to 3 hours after close of business hours. When he realized that the garbage disposal was most likely broken, he set us up with Max to help us the next morning. Max called prior to arriving and was super nice. He confirmed that we needed to replace the garbage disposal, and performed the removal and installation within 30 minutes. The cost for the new unit and labor was very competitive and affordable, and we are super happy for a great experience. If you are looking for a business that is friendly, trustworthy, and will do a professional job, look no further than Carroll Plumbing.

Recently I called Mike Carroll Plumbing during the evening hours hoping only to leave a message for a return call. To my surprise, Mike, the owner, not only answered his phone, but interrupted his already late dinner to do so! That's all we needed to know about this company! The next morning, Mike confirmed the appointment we had set and sent Ronnie Aspeytia to our home. This gentleman was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient and took care of all our plumbing problems. 5 stars for these guys; I would have left 6 if available. Just moved into a home in Escondido and needed some plumbing done. Called Carroll's because of previous Yelp reviews. Ronnie came out on two separate occasions. He showed up on time, was very friendly and did a excellent job for a very reasonable price. Will call again if we have any other plumbing needs.

Of course whenever you need a plumber it always seems as if the emergency is on the weekend or it's a holiday or after hours. Thank goodness for Carroll Plumbing. Mike and his team are courteous, knowledgeable, honest and are there when you need them. Their prices are fair. The work is excellent. I have recommended Carroll Plumbing to my neighbors and no one has been disappointed. Trust me I would still be hearing about it if they were.

I highly recommend Carroll Plumbing. Ronnie was able to quickly diagnose a leak issue in our master bath without removing a large section of our kitchen ceiling. We decided to do remodel of our master bath so we called Carroll again to do the plumbing upgrades. Max did a terrific job. Both Ronnie and Max demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and were very friendly and efficient. Mike Carroll, the owner, was a delight to work with as well. Not only is the work top notch but their prices are very competitive. Carroll Plumbing is our go to plumber from now on!

Max just left, and I have to say that I couldn't be happier with his repair! Today is Saturday. They close at 2 p.m. I called at 12:32, assuming that they wouldn't be able to come till Monday, but Max was here in about twenty minutes after our conversation. They gave me a price of $170 for our huge clog (water backing up into our sink from our washing machine rinse cycle due to living in an old trailer with really badly installed pipes) and they stuck to it. Max was clean, professional, respectful, and most of all nice, which is sometimes hard for technicians to maintain in our small house with four loud hyper kids. I'm so happy that I can do my laundry again without having to lug 20 gallons of water by hand to the tub and that I can do my dishes again! So wonderful. Such a blessing. Thank you, guys :)

Great guy and great company. He was actually very busy but recommended me to another good company to do the work. He was kind of the middleman and actually ended up not doing any of the work, but he will from now on. That is the mark of a good service person!!!
