Mike and his team are seasoned pros. Our twenty five year old house needed new hose bibs, pressure regulator, water heater, bathroom tub drains and fixtures. All work was completed quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost. Mike was quick to respond to a slab water leak and rerouted the hot water line through the second story. Mike very clearly explains your options and patiently answers your questions. My positive interactions and satisfaction with their work is the reason for the review. I prefer to deal with local small businesses whenever possible and feel comfortable wholeheartedly recommending Mike Carroll Plumbing.

After confirmation of the diagnosis, Mike explained what they plan to do. Mike and his crew arrived on time, came up with the best possible solution to the issue, considering the circumstances. So you are reading this because like me, before hiring Carroll Plumbing I was in awe of all the great reviews. Well, here's more proof that Mike Carroll is truly outstanding and caring. I recently moved into a new home and we had a shower valve break, it would not shut off...ugh, and it was leaking behind the shower wall. I was very concerned because the shower valve, trim and handle had no markings indicating the manufacturer and therefore it could be difficult to find the right replacement. I sent requests for quotes to numerous plumbers and Mike was the only one who confirmed that identifying the valve is crucial. He asked for pics and assured me if he couldn't identify it he had experts who could. Mike recognized valve and contacted suppliers to find it. I was anxious to get the repair done as we had shut off the house water main. Mike was at another job, but allowed me get the part in order to speed up the process. He even contacted the supplier to expect my arrival and have the correct parts ready. I texted Mike after getting the part and he called me and said he would gladly speak me through installing the new valve/cartridge, and thereby get our water back on ASAP. Sounded good to me, so he instructed me step by step very patiently and in less than 10 minutes the job was complete. That's it, I didn't have to pay anything to get the repair done, Mike helped me out of kindness.Truly a special caring individual with integrity and heart. I can't wait to have a plumbing problem so I can repay him for his generosity.

Had a leak on the side of my house and Mike walked me through isolating where the issue was coming from over the phone. Had never spoken previously but Mike spent a significant time with me regardless of not being a previous client.
Truly appreciate the effort Mike put into helping me get one step closer to getting the issue resolved. If this is level of care I could expect with Carroll Plumbing then I will definitely use them for the appropriate job.

Wanted water heater drained, anode (rod) in tank heater checked, slow leak in toilet fixed.

Got reply back asking more details, then another needing photographs of standard water heater and standard toilet before anything could be done. Huh?

Another plumber with one call came to fix without any difficulty and verified there was nothing at all unusual about my units.

We had a damaged shower valve from a previous plumber that tried to make a repair. Mike and John came out and quickly assessed the leaking shower valve. They gave me different options to resolve the issue. Mike and John removed the damaged valve and replaced with new. Mike showed me in detail the work performed. They leak tested and restored hot water to our shower. We are very happy with the repair. Great communication and craftsmanship, would highly recommend.

They did a really great job with a recent job I contacted them for. They replaced a very old circa early 90s water heater of mine that was on its last legs. The new unit looks great and the area was brought up to standard within the quoted price which was unexpected and a nice surprise (I figured some of the extra pipe work would have been an additional cost). There was an extra level of care in their workmanship that I really appreciated considering I was just another random job in the day.

Thanks again and I will continue considering Carroll Plumbing as a first choice when it comes to working on my personal property. Especially since they are better at soldering than I am....

I meant to leave a review months ago and I got all covid-y and forgot to. But I didn't forget the service I got! Jevat came and rescued our new place (rental) from getting flooded. He showed me the leaks and why the plumbing went wrong, mentioned a few things he was worried about after looking at the pipes and even went downstairs to check out our water heater and teach me a little about it, if/when I should get it looked at, etc. I ended up showing him a bunch of other stuff we thought was kinda odd and he explained those things and more stuff to look out for in the near future.. no upselling or pushing extra services, just making sure our place would make it through the rest of our lease lol he might have been a Lakers fan but he didn't mind bs'ing with me on some basketball for the while he was there. Didn't forget the social distancing and covid regulations and I felt safe and clean the whole time.

These were the second plumbers trying to fix the sink, the first ones really didn't do much and the leak (flow!) opened back up in less than a month. Now, more than 6mo in and no problems with the sink again! If they're around when we buy our own house and we need help, we'll definitely know where to go.
