Called on a Monday morning to see about having the flange repaired on our toilet. Mike Carroll answered, was very friendly and respectful, and had someone out that afternoon. Juvat was our plumber and he was just as friendly and respectful. He showed me everything that was wrong, suggested some repairs and was honest in telling me other parts did not need replacing. He treated me with respect, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after he was finished. I am incredibly pleased with the entire experience! I would highly recommend this company and if plumbing is needed in our home again, they'll be the first people I call.

I needed some work done. I have 5 angle stops that needed to be replaced as part of the work I wanted done. The technician said that he needed to solder additional pipe once the old angle stop was cut. He said that's the right way to do it & that's how we do it. I asked how long it would take for each angle stop, he said 45 minutes. At 45 minutes per angle stop that's a cost of $525 for just the angle stops. I responded to him how come I've had at least a dozen angle stops replaced previously & no one plumber said they needed to solder extra pipe. He called Mike & said they won't do the job without doing the angle stops their way. I don't know how they're getting these high reviews? Perhaps me providing the parts wasn't profitable enough for Mike? I feel that I've just been to the Dentist. Thanks, but no thanks...

Having moved to a new place- I needed to contact a plumber and after reading the numerous reviews about Carroll Plumbing- I decided to call them. The owner Mike immediately sent one of his technicians to come over and help me. The whole experience is A+!!! If you need a plumber - please call Carroll Plumbing and you won't be disappointed. Great communication throughout and Mike is just the best!

We had a hidden water leak behind a glass shower. Mike methodically diagnosed the problem, explaining everything as he proceeded. He was extremely careful and professional. The repair was perfect and the cost was reasonable. I would give Mike and his associate Soulath my highest rating.

I can't say enough about Mike Carroll Plumbing. We recently had a slab leak and Mike was referred to us by a local realtor. (Plus he had installed our hot water heater a couple years ago so we had planned on calling him anyway.)
Well, MIke was out, right away, to check things out and to call a slab leak detection company for us. They were both out to us by the same afternoon and on the job.
Sadly, we did have a leak but Mike and his guys were able to take care of it for us and were done by the next day. They made a difficult situation so much easier with their expertise and professionalism. Plus they gave us options on how to handle the situation. I would definitely hire them again and would highly recommend them to everyone.

LOOK NO FURTHER - CARROLL PLUMBING IS THE BEST! Honest, quick, fair and no BS!

Mike was responsive same day. He quoted me a price for only what I needed vs. Pacific Drain & Plumbing who tried to dupe me into paying $9,000-$11,000 on critical plumbing work under the master bathroom. Other plumbers work on commission and this has made navigating the contracting industry and finding honest work very hard.

As a property manager, I only wish I had met Mike Carroll and his team 10 years ago!!!!

I had a leaky spigot/faucet and called Carroll Plumbing. They were quick to respond and were able to come out the same day.

The technician John was great. Very professional, courteous, and explained the process. Overall, he did a great job with the repair. He arrived at 12:02pm and finished at 2:27pm. When I asked how much the total was for 2.5 hours of labor, he said he would have to call the owner to get the price. After waiting for an additional 20 mins, I get the bill and it's for 2.75 hours. I'm not sure if this is the way labor costs are normally calculated in the plumbing business but I feel it's not fair as labor costs should be based on actual # of professional labor hours. Just my two cents.
