Carrier Plumbing LLC is a fully certified and insured family-run company, having a wealth of knowledge in the plumbing and drainage industry. We are dedicated to establishing a foundation of trust with our customers in Kent County, MI.

At Carrier Plumbing, we aim for a personal and positive experience with skilled and reasonably priced services.

In late 1999, Dan and Barb Carrier eagerly accepted the opportunity to relocate their family to West Michigan when the plumbing firm they worked for aimed to grow. In early 2003, the firm chose to close its West Michigan location, leading Dan and Barb to start their own business. This led to the founding of Carrier Plumbing LLC.

Now in 2018, Dan and Barb reflect on their decision with appreciation. “Certainly, there were obstacles in creating a new business, especially during the economic challenges our community dealt with, but we made many friends. This is how Carrier Plumbing differentiates itself; we don’t just establish a clientele—we nurture a community of friends.

From Dan: if I had to mention one aspect I dislike about being a smaller company, it’s when we become too busy and Barb has to inform customers that we are fully booked and must refer them elsewhere. It’s not merely about revenue—we wish we could support everyone.

Carrier Plumbing is a small family-owned business founded by Daniel and Barbara Carrier (Dan and Barb) in 2003, and has established itself as a trusted name for plumbing and drainage services throughout Kent County, Michigan.

With more than 35 years in the plumbing industry, we have the knowledge to provide our clients with top-notch plumbing services at an affordable rate.

We prioritize honesty and integrity in all our dealings. We work diligently to remain transparent and upfront; we avoid upselling or recommending services that aren’t needed.
