Excellent service. I had a real mess - a clogged toilet today. I called, Paxton answered the phone and understood I needed a plumber as soon as possible. He said he'd be here in a couple of hours. About 2 hours later, he called to say he was on his way. He took care of the problem in short order and I am happy. Very friendly, professional, and efficient. Definitely 5+ stars.

My water heater pilot stopped lighting after one of the rain storms we've had. Paxton from Carrera's said he'd take a look at it on the way to another job and realized a leak from the shed just got the pilot mechanism wet. He got it lit and turned it on high for the time being to dry it out. Didn't charge me anything. What a nice guy.

Our gas shut off overnight. When we turned it back on our Rheem water heater pilot light wouldn't turn back on. I called Carrera's Plumbing - on a Sunday - and Paxton quickly came over. Much to my amazement, he fixed the issue in less than 30 seconds and taught us what to do the next time it may happen. A quick (and apparently easy, for Paxton) visit, but in that brief time we developed a lot of trust based on Paxton's skill and communication. We'll call Carrera's first for our plumbing needs.
