The invoice didn't show parts or labor cost which I thought was high. I being a retired maintenance worker had pulled out the washer and dryer and even cut out the hole in the wall in which you cut out a little more to get to the leak and you also cut out more sheet rock that didn't need to be cut out that I now have to replace. Thank you for stopping the leak but you are way to high for what you did. Ask for a quote on another job and it was way too high. Being a senior and a veteran you might think about giving us a discount.

Carreker Plumbing was called to my home for plumbing problems. One issue was fixed, and my husband and I were told by Jim Carreker that he would get approval from our home warranty company to replace pipes. That was April. I just called him to find out what happened. He lied and said he never told us he would get approval, and hung up on me. He was also out here to work on our water heater, 3 times before he finally replaced it. After the 2nd time I called to tell him the water heater was still not working he yelled at me, was extremely nasty and hung up on me. He apologized later but I did not deserve to be treated nasty then or today. He is not a very nice person, and is a liar. He told both my husband and myself he would get approval for pipes.

Jim Carreker did not show or call per our appointment. He did the same thing to my mother did not show or call. So if you want a dependable and reliable plumber call Arbeez Plumbing. Mr Brown is extremely polite and gives senior discounts.

Jim did a bang up job on plumbing pipes and also later on
picked up a water heater and installed it for me and supplied a E/Quake Strap also. He said he always puts on a E/Q Strap on hot water heater installations.

Good many, talk to the owner directly, himself - he knows so many vendors and suppliers and can get you what you need if you know, or recommend, if you don't know, just ask the expert.

Jim and his assistant Vic were awesome. Water heater went out, he not only came and fixed it the same day, and his prices are very reasonable, but they were also nice! Brought everything up to code, and made sure all was safe. Showed up when he said he would, and was super quick with the install. Will definately call these guys for all our plumbing needs!
